Welcome to the Neighborhood Part 1

Mr. and Mrs. Calcone waited in anticipation. Finally, the real estate agent came back. "Well, everything seems to be in order. However, before you buy the house, we do have some things I need to ask you. You know about the rules right? I know it might seem strange, but the Child Welfare Agency insists on things like this in the area. It's all legal too. As I recall, you have three sons?"

"Yes, Max and Luke, twins and both eleven, and Kyle age 10. We read them over before we came. We definently are moving here, so they will just have to adapt. They seem rather strange though".

"Strange, but so far effective. Anyways, you can start moving in at once. And, I'd recommend trying to ease into it".

A few days later...

Most of their stuff was already moved into the house when they arrived. Max and Luke both looked annoyed, while Kyle was playing on his phone. The house they were moving into was in a gated community. There was a large pond in the woods nearby, that was nearby, and their house had a built in pool, and some other buildings. It was the middle of the day. "Alright. So, this is our new house! Life here will be a lot different then what you know, but we don't have a choice. We have to adapt".

Max and Luke were obviously not happy about the move. Kyle didn't care as much, as he was bullied in the last school they were in. When they walked in, the furniture was already in place. Meanwhile, someone in their mid fifties came to greet the parents. "You must be the new family. I assume you know about the rules?"

"We do, but our children don't. We heard you could introduce them while we go to work? We would like someone to teach them for us, we think it will be easier that way".

"Of course. I have full authority to enforce them here. It's a bit late in the day, but I will get them started".

Mrs. Calcone thanked him. "Kids, we have to go to work and will be home late! This man is one of the people in charge of this place, so do whatever he says no matter what!"

As they drove off, he came and smiled at them. "Now, you don't know this yet, but we have some special rules here reguarding security, hygiene, and what not. Now, if you break or disobey a rule, you get punished severely. First rule, all children must listen to any elder".

Max and Luke were a bit agitated at that rule, but Kyle seemed okay with it.

"Second rule, no bathing suits can be worn in the pools here or when bathing. You must be naked".

"What? No way!". "Why?"

"I don't make the rules, just enforce them. Rule three, all minors must be bathed by an adult in the front yard each morning".

Kyle seemed a bit concerned, while Max and Luke were just in disbelief. "No way! We are not going to be outside naked!"

"Yes, you are. Right now, since you missed bath time today. If you don't, we will tell your parents and you will be punished. You will be spanked in public and you will be forced to remain naked for a whole weekend and required to do outside work".

Kyle, startled, began stripping. "The both of you as well, unless you want to mow all the lawns naked next weekend".

Begrudgingly, the brothers all stripped to their underwear. Kyle took his off first, then Max and Luke followed after another threat. "Good, take out the large metal tub under the porch". As they pulled it out, a woman in her early twenties walked up. They quickly covered themselves, embarrassed. "This is my daughter Ella. She bathes any children who's parents can't. She also manages the pool and activities. As she is your elder, you have to listen to her as well".

"But she is a girl! She can't see us naked!" "Yeah! We can bathe ourselves just fine!"

"Your mother does. And so will she. You are on your last warning. Once more, and you are in for it".

A few others came and watched from a distance. Some of the kids they saw were completely naked, but none of the adults. "Rule 4. You have to airdry for 15 minutes after a bath or swim in your front yard, with no towels. Rule 5, all children 13 and under must remain naked between six PM and AM. Rule 6 is that all minors 13 and under must be naked and supervised when the average temperature is over 90 degrees or when doing outside chores. Rule 7, any sick child must be naked and exposed to outside air and exercise. Rule 8 is that you cannot keep any clothes in your own room. They will all be kept in a shed outside, like that one. You can drop clothes into that chute by the door, but the only way to open it is with the house key your parents have. Rule nine is that you cannot use any object to cover yourself. Rule 10, any adult has the right to spank you at any time for whatever reason they have. And rule 11 is that all minors entering the community must let a guard st
rip search him or her".

Max and Luke could not believe what they heard. They had just been bathed by a total stranger, but all these rules were insane. "This can't be legal!"

"It is. Your parents agreed to them, too. Now, I have work to do, and you know the rules now. I will take these though" he said, picking up their clothes. Max tried to reach for his, but Ella gave him a powerful spank causing him to yelp. He put the clothes in the chute.

"What are we supposed to wear then?! Why do we have to be naked so much?"

"Like I said, I just enforce the rules. And don't talk to me in that tone again". He then looked at all three of them. "Ella, take them to meet the neighbors. They should get to know the others. And seeing as how much they complained, don't open the shed for them".

As he left, they were stunned. Max, Luke, and Kyle were still naked, covering their privates. "You guys look silly like that you know".

"We can meet the neighbors later, when we have clothes".

"No, you will meet them now. Unless you want to mow the lawns naked".

Fearing the punishment, they followed her around as she introduced them. Most of the kids they met were dressed, but some were naked too. She also mentioned something about school, but they didn't hear it. When they were done, she looked at them with a smile. "Well, that was a good day. It's nearly 6 PM, but you are already naked so your fine. I don't know what you are used to, but I assume your used to hot weather right?"

"Yes".

"Okay good, them you have probably slept naked before. Good. Now, there is one thing I would like to do". She pulled Max close, and then spanked him red. She then quickly did the same for Luke, then Kyle. "Just to remind you who is in charge. Il see you tomorrow".

They quickly ran inside the house in pain, wanting to avoid further embarrassment. Little did they know it was only the beginning.

Welcome to the Neighborhood Part 2:

"We can't live here!" "We have to leave!" Were the first thong the twins said when their parents got home.

"We can't sweeties, it's already done, and it's the closest to our new workplace".

"How could you agree to this?!" "It's insane! Why can't we have clothes between six PM and AM?"

"Apparently to prevent you from sneaking out. Anyways, Kyle isn't complaining".

Kyle was lying naked on the couch, letting everyone see his butt, watching TV. He looked over and waved, while Max and Luke were currently covering. "You both look so silly, you know. I know..." She said, taking out the camera. "Kyle, stand in front of them and cover using your hands".

"What! You can't take a picture of us naked!"

She looked annoyed. "Listen young man, I am your elder and you will obey me. I had to move us here to make money for things. Now you will do this, or go the next week completely naked!"

They did this, fearing the punishment. She took several pictures. They then ate dinner. Luke and Max accidentally got some sauce on themselves. Before they left, their mother stopped them. "Nice try, but I won't let you dirty the beds. Both of you are getting another bath". The twins wanted to complain, but didn't risk another punishment.

The next day, they were bathed again. They could see others as well. It was humiliating. However, when they finally finished drying, their mom came over. "Alright. Today is rather hot and I don't have to work today. So, I was thinking we could see a movie then go to the beach. Sounds good?"

All three boys looked excited. She got them some clothes as Ella walked over with a 12 year old who was wearing only a diaper. "Going somewhere?"

"Yes, the movies and then the beach".

"Great idea. You know, if you wanted time to unpack I could take them. I was already told by Mrs. Eldrich to take her son. He hasn't been social enough, so she is having me take him out to do things".

"I guess. Not to be rude or embarrass him, but why is he wearing only a diaper?"

"He has a blather issue. He can't control himself that well, so he has to wear a diaper. And since there is no medical reason, his parents don't want him wearing any clothes except that diaper until he learns to control it".

"Well I guess since he is covered that is legal. Max and Luke used to have that same issue, and Kyle rarely has this issue still".

Ella smiled. "Oh no, it is legal for any child thirteen and under to be fully naked anywhere in this area or even state. Some places require it, even, because of the Welfare Agency. If you want, I could take them there naked to prove it".

"I don't know, this is already tough on them".

"Better now then later. Besides, the fresh air will be good for their skin".

"I guess, but I don't want them to hate me either".

"You just tell them I offered to take them, and I will do the rest. Besides, movie theaters here have their own special rule".

"I guess that is alright". She turned to her children. "Ella here has offered to take you while I finish unpacking. Behave now".

Max looked at his brother. "At least she can't make us naked in public. Can you let us get our clothes then?".

"Yeah". Luke agreed. However, he got concerned when he saw the boy in the diaper. "Why is he wearing a diaper?"

"Because he has issues going ot the bathroom. And no, you will get in the car now, unless you want a diaper too".

Max and Luke were simply in shock. "But we cant go out in public naked! Its against the law!"

"No, it isnt. If you were older then 13 then it would, but its perfectly legal for any child thirteen and under to be naked. Now, get in the car, or all three of you will be spanked and you will be spending the entire weekend naked. Understood?"

Max and Luke quickly got into the car out of fear, but she stopped Kyle before he could as well. "Not you, mister. I heard about your occasional accidents, and I don't want to risk you having one in the movie theater".

Before Kyle could say anything, she picked him up and carried him into the back. She took out an old f fashioned diaper, the kind people wrapped around you and used a pin to keep in place, and did exactly that. "You will wear then until we leave the movie theater, where you will then stay completely naked".

As they drove there, they felt like it was easy for people to tell they were naked. "But why? This is so embarrassing and wrong. You cant do this!"

"I can, and its for the best. For both your health, and your manners".

"That makes no sense at all!" "Yeah!"

"Considering your tones right now, it makes complete sense. I think I know how to help fix that however".

As they arrived, Max and Luke covered their privates. Ella told them to stay close or they would get lost. As they walked through the mall, they saw what they couldn't believe. Children, some older, some younger, some their age, butt naked. Most were with parents, but others by themselves. Most did not seem embarrassed at all. The boy with them wearing the diaper finally looked at them. "Name is Henry, by the way. And you three must be the new kids. Here is a tip, the more embarrassed you are the worst it is".

"Easy to say for you, you are not naked".

"Yeah, but I can only wear a diaper wherever I go, basically. Including school and airports".

As they arrived at the movie theater, they couldn't help but notice something. In the mall, only some children were naked. In the theater, every child was naked, wearing a diaper, or only wearing a shirt. One boy was lucky enough to be wearing a shirt that went to his knees. "Why is everyone naked?"

"To make sure the kids are not sneaking anything in, or because they have bladder issues. Max, Luke, go to the bathroom now. If you want a diaper ask now. But none of you can leave my sight, and I will only change diapers after the movie".

Max and Luke used the bathroom quickly. They all saw the movie, and after it was done they exited. Both Kyle and Henry seemed irritated. Ella took off both their diapers. Henry had a dirty one, but Kyle had a dirty one and a rash. Ella cleaned them both up, and threw away the dirty diapers. "It looks like I left all the clean ones in the car. No matter, time to go to the beach. You don't wear diapers there anyways".

At the beach, most of the kids wore swimsuits, but a few were naked too. Ella took several embarrassing photos of them. When they left to go home, it was a bit before three. Henry was re- diapered, and she dropped Max, Luke, and Kyle off at home. Max and Luke immediately ran inside and complained to their mother.

"Listen okay, everything she did was legal so I can't do anything. Now, you have the rest of the day today but tommorrow we go and see your new school. So after your bath tomorrow you will get dressed quickly and go see it. Oh, before you go though, follow me".

The brothers followed her outside and brought them to the shed. She seemed to take something on the side, and then she moved very quickly. Max and Luke found their arms in some sort of restraints that pulled them up, making then stand toward the wall outside, barely touching the ground with their bare feet. "Ella told me you did not behave. I told you there was serious consequences for that".

She then began to spank them both until a little after their butts turned red. She then let them go. "Now if you don't behave tomorrow, you will be in serious trouble".

And for them, it would only get worse.

Welcome to the Neighborhood Part 3:

Max, Luke, and Kyle were all dressed finally and in their parents car. It had been over 24 hours since they were last clothed, and Max and Luke were happy. Kyle was complaining it was a bit hot.

When they arrived, they were at a large building. They entered, and were met by the principle and a teacher. "Welcome to our school! You must be the Calcones".

"Yes. I am Mrs. Calcone. My husband had to work today. These two are Luke and Max, and this is Kyle".

"Alright, first step, let's get them to the nurse. We need measurements for school uniforms, if you will come with me".

They walked down the hall and into the nurses office. There were thee nurses, one attending to a student. However, the student was naked, which shocked Luke and Max. Two nurses came over to them. "You must be Luke and Max. All three of you strip down or face punishment".

Kyle starting stripping till he was butt naked. Max and Luke hesitated, so the nurses grabbed them and stripped them themselves, before spanking each one of them till they were red. They put them down, as the nurses measured each of them. "Now, stand still. Max, Luke, your punishment is that you don't get your clothes back until tomorrow. Now let me get the appropriate uniforms".

When she returned, she gave them each a white shirt to put on, and some white shoes. The shirt barely covered anything, and was sleeveless. It was nearly identical to a dress. However, instead of a shirt for Kyle, a nurse picked him up and diapered him, putting the pin in place.

"When you take the bus, you will only wear these articles of clothing, a diaper, or nude. You must take off your shoes when you enter a classroom, and you will strip naked for Gym. Disobey the dress code, and you will be stripped and spanked by a teacher and be forced to remain nude for a week. Understood?"

Kyle nodded, and even smiled. Max and Luke were horrified. "So wait, we can't even wear underwear?"

"No. Now, let us finish the tour". As they walked, they could see some students in the uniform, some in only a diaper, and others completely nude.

When they were done, they were still under punishment. They could wear the uniform, wear a diaper, or go nude. Kyle chose to go nude, Max and Luke the uniform. They gave their mom a spare set for each of them as well. "So remember. Max and Luke must be either wearing the uniforms or be butt naked. Until Kyle completely can control his blatter, he will only wear a diaper or be nude, and our staff will change him regularly in his classes. Failure to comply will result in them being stripped, spanked, and other punishments. Speaking of which, it's past time for Kyle".

That finally hit Kyle. "Wait, I don't want people to change me!" He was grabbed, placed on a table, and a member of the staff changed him in public, even applying talcum powder. Kyle took it off, and got into the car nude.

When they got home, Luke, Max, and Kyle wanted clothes. Luke and Max's uniforms barely covered them, so bending down fully revealed their backsides. Kyle didn't want to be diapered and changed like an infant. He had been fine with the diaper on its own. But he didn't want to be changed.

"Very well then. Kyle, you will remain nude for the rest of the week. Max, Luke, you both complained too. You will stay naked and attend school tomorrow in the nude. In fact, all three of you will be staying nude for a month. Any objections means spanking. Understood?"

"What! That is..." Luke started, but his mother picked up Luke, put him over her knee, and gave him a thrashing. "Sorry!!"

"Listen. You could be nude for the whole year. Understood?"

Max, Luke, and Kyle soon revised their attitude. Though they ended up spending most of the year nude regardless. Their school uniforms making them sit on bare butts.
