CPCCP is a series of rules just introduced at Crossworld High School for the 2018-2019 school year. The program's goals are to foster a more positive educational and home experience for youths, parents, and teachers. This is accomplished by returning authority to parents and teachers where it has been usurped by unruly children and adolescents.

For the uninitiated, the CPCCP program does this through a series of degrees of reprimands and punishments ranging from relatively mild to quite severe. These punishments may involve public humiliation, as well as corporal and sexual punishments.

Gwen it is. Tell me, about the CPCCP program at your school, and how you developed this unique method.
GWEN
CPCCP is based on several scientific studies, combined with what I have learned as a teacher, school principal, and mother. It's been proven time and again that when children rebel and misbehave, it's our fault, not theirs. Our children are looking to us for guidance, they're looking for our control. When we appear out of control, children instinctively start looking at the world as if they are on their own, and they have to manage situations as best they can. This as we know leads to violence, teen pregnancy, and chaos. But when we are firm with our children from the start, and control them without exception, they respect us as their rightful care givers, and look to us for guidance as they should.
CPCCP stands for five things: Chastity, Punishment, Control, Care, and Performance.
1) Chastity – Boys are placed in chastity at the onset of puberty to prevent any unplanned pregnancies. This also teaches from the start that their penis is not their own property- it belongs to their parents until they reach the point that they are ready to be a responsible adult and treat all women with the respect they deserve. Since boys are usually aggressors and since they are already chaste, girls do not need to be placed in chastity. It is the responsibility of growing girls to respect and learn about male anatomy, and make sure that all boys remain chaste.
2) Punishment – Boys and girls that misbehave are to be punished with strict policies of spankings and nudity (for bad girls, boys are already exposed). Spankings are effective, as are sexual humiliations.
3) Control – Highly regimented control of home and school life is essential. Boys and girls need strict guidelines on how to dress, behave, and learn. While children should be encouraged to develop naturally, they also need to follow the rules or face the consequences. Boys need more control due to their testosterone, and naturally require less modesty than girls. This is one area we are still working on, as it's my belief that boys should be exposed at all times. However, I'm still working on getting that approved. Girls should only be exposed as a direct punishment, as they require more modesty and are generally less unruly to start with.
4) Care – Balancing the control aspect, care is necessary to show parents aren't monsters- that we truly are controlling the kids because we love them. We will use gentle care during cleaning of boys' penises and will regularly milk their prostates to prevent buildup in their balls. Girls will be loved gently and taught how to be proper ladies.
5) Performance – Sexual performance is a very good punishment for bad kids. However, it is also very useful in random intervals to remind kids who is in charge. It is good to keep them slightly off balance, and introduce new forms of sexual performance from time to time. This will show them how completely out of control they are, and how useless it is for them to try to fight your (or any) authority.
CPCCP's success at Crossworld High has been undeniable. Without exception, every student in the program has had lowered truancy, increased test scores, and most importantly increased participation and interaction in class.

That really is the key to success isn't it?
GWEN
Absolutely. Since we started the program at the beginning of this year, the progress has been nothing short of amazing. Students that had previously been known as troublemakers are now the model of respect. My daughter Abby and her cousin Michael are chief among them.

However, we find that we have even greater success when obedient students are given constant reminders of who is in charge. This not only deters disobedience, but also helps children to lose distracting false modesty and competition, and helps them to focus on their studies.
