When Emily woke up this morning she did not even imagine that her birthday would start off this well. She had one of her most hated classmates standing in the middle of a circle of her classmates, wearing nothing but a very tight and small pair of cartoon smurfs briefs. Could this go any better?

“Well Cody, I do believe you lied to all of us. But I do think those are very cute undies” Emily said and everybody but Cody giggled.

Cody didn’t even remember why Emily hated him. But Emily remembered. Back when they were in the third grade Cody accidentally walked in the girls’ locker room and saw Emily in her underwear. she never forgot or forgave him.

“And as I said, we won’t beat you up, but as a rule of house, anybody that is not wearing pants cannot spin the bottle, so I get to have your turn”

And so the game went on, and from spin to spin the questions got more personal and the dares more daring. After about 7 spines, where two boys had to switch all of their cloths and a two girls had to kiss for 5 seconds, Emily got the bottle and answered dare. The girl that questioned thought for a moment and answered “I dare you to take Cody’s briefs and wear them on your head” Emily grinned.

Cody immediately protested “that’s not fair! She can’t take them!”

“Unfortunately, you aren’t the one wearing the pants in this house” said the girl that said the dare and made everybody giggle.

Cody frowned.

“Well Cody, you already disobeyed my rules once, are you going to do so again?”

Cody did not move.

“Well, it’s your choice. Catch him” and with that the two boys on his sides grabbed his hands and made the struggling Cody lie down

Emily stood up, and walked over to the fighting boy. “I’ve been waiting for a long time for this” she said and kneeled down next to him. “as opposed to you Cody, I do fill my part of the dares. And so, say good bye to your little undies”

Emily put her hands on Cody’s chest and slowly slid them down his stomach and reaching the elastic on his underwear. “now let’s all see what you have been holding back” she said and put her fingers in slowly pulling off reveling some more skin every second

“Please don’t Emily” said Cody on the verge of crying.

Emily grinned “But Cody, that IS the dare, and I don’t want to break the rules, now do I?” Emily noted the undies started tenting.

After a few seconds the tip of the penis started to show and Emily giggled.

“Well Cody, I think we have all waited enough” with that Emily yanked the undies down to Cody’s knees reveling his privates.

The whole class gasped as they saw the 2,5 inches erect penis come into view. Some boys laughed and pointed. Emily had an evil grin. Some girls started to giggle and some were just too shocked.

“Well Cody, I think that we all can see that you were just acting your age. BABY age that is!” Emily laughed.

Emily grabbed a nearby chair and sat on it. Then she signaled the two boys that were holding Cody to place him over her lap. Once he was positioned Emily put one arm on his back and the palm of her hand on his butt cheeks.

“Cody, before I give you your well deserved punishment, I want you to think about what caused this. After I finish spanking you, I will ask you, and I want to hear the right answer” Emily said in a motherly tone. “Now for every smack I give you, I want you to count them out loud, and after each one, I want you to say: ‘thank you, my naughty little butt deserved that’ ok?”

The bending Cody blurted out an ok

“You didn’t count, and so that won’t count!”

SLAP “two, thank you, my naughty little butt deserved that” Cody felt like his ass was on fire

SLAP “three, thank you, my naughty little butt deserved that” Cody was on the verge of crying, but held in

SLAP “ Four, thank you, my naughty little butt deserved that” a small tear went down Cody’s cheek

Emily gave Cody 20 slaps. By the 10th he was already crying, and by the 12 he couldn’t complete the sentence. At 15, he stopped kicking and just lied down blurting out yelps with each spank

Once she stopped slapping him, Emily stood Cody up, and turned him around once to show everyone his pinkish bottom, and once more so he was facing everyone. “Cody, what happens after you get spanked?” she asked

A very embarrassed and humiliated Cody said “I have corner time”

“that’s right, so march your naked little ass over to that corner and think about what you did. And don’t you dare touch yourself, or rub your butt!”

The party went on, and after about half an hour and a few games Emily went and brought cody

“Emily, before I go back can I have my cloths back?”

Cody thought about protesting, but really wanted his cloths back and so he said “ I am sorry for making you see my privates and thank you Emily for punishing me” everybody giggled.

“now Cody please tell me why you were punished?”

Cody shed another tear “because I lied in the game? Now PLEASE can I have my cloths back? This is really embarrassing!”

“No Cody, that is wrong. You were punished because you were a naughty little baby. And naughty little babies go nude. Especially naughty little babies who lie, and refuse to do what they are told to do, AND naughty little babies that do not play by the rules”

“you will not get your cloths back. On fact, I think it’s time for our next game: pin the tail. But we don’t have a donkey, so instead we are going to play: “spank the naughty little baby!”

Everybody laughed except Cody
