12th Birthday Medical Exam chapter 5

In Chapter 1, we met Family Practice Doctor Marcy Harris. The 52 year old woman with two grown children of her own was a respected Doctor that gave thorough exams. In the first four chapters, she examines two boys, Kyle Roberts and a new patient Michael Sanchez, 11. Our story continues with Dr. Harris seeing a patient, Wayne Andrews, a boy that she has known since he was one year old.

Wayne Andrews had very mixed emotions this summer morning. On one hand, the boy was excited to be on summer vacation and it was his 14^th birthday. On the other hand, his mom Jackie had set up his annual check-up with Dr. Marcy Harris this very day, and while he liked Dr. Harris a lot, he always found the nudity embarrassing, especially with his mom present.

After Janet, Dr. Harris’s head nurse did the preliminaries on Wayne, she left the room indicating that Dr. Harris would be in shortly. Wayne now clad in his briefs only, made small talk with his mom, trying not to think about the rest of his exam coming up. Jackie discreetly enjoyed the situation, knowing how nervous Wayne became when he had to get naked in front of her or another woman.

When Dr. Harris finished with another patient, she did a quick consultation with Janet from the prior year’s exam. “Jackie, have you done regular testicle exams on Wayne as we suggested last year?”

“Yes, the last Saturday of each month and I never noted anything unusual,” Jackie replied.

Wayne now just grimaced and looked straight ahead, trying not to think about those monthly exams, naked in front of his mom.

Dr. Harris noted that everything with the boy’s genitals looked to be in order. “Wayne, any issues with erections or ejaculations?”

Wayne flushed full red now with embarrassment and blurted out, “No ma’am.”

Jackie then chuckled and Wayne wanted to yell “no mom” knowing what she was about to say. “No problems that I am aware of, in fact on one of his Saturday checks, he got fully erect and ejaculated.”

“Oh mom, did you have to tell?” Wayne replied wanting to crawl into a hole.

“Wayne, it is perfectly normal for that to happen, you have nothing to be embarrassed about,” Dr. Harris consoled him.

“Ok, Wayne, we just need to do your colorectal exam and we are done so turn around and bend over.”

Wayne disliked this part of the exam the most, but welcomed the thought of finishing up and bent over the table, legs spread while Dr. Harris put on a glove and lubed her fingers.

As Dr. Harris started to spread the boy’s buttocks, she teased, “Your bottom doesn’t look like it has had a birthday spanking.”

Jackie now chuckled again and replied, “Maybe I’ll give him one later. Now two weeks ago, I had to take him over my lap for a real spanking!”

After Wayne had been in the pool about an hour, he noted his Godmother Sally, his mom’s best friend had arrived seeing her through the plate glass window of the house from the pool. He really liked his Godmother, whom he addressed as “Aunt” and quickly excited the pool and dried off, entering the house to give Sally a big hug. Sally was a bit older than his mom and had two grown daughters.

After a bit of chatting and catching up, Sally teased him, “I hear a birthday spanking is still in order.”

Wayne was taken aback by how much his mom may had just told Sally about the day’s events, but he had to admit he was intrigued at the thought of getting a birthday spanking. Wayne was in such deep thought that he had not replied and was startled when Sally asked, “May I?”

“Oh sure Aunt Sally, I’ll be a good sport about it.”

Sally sat down in a chair and patted her lap, and almost absent mindedly, Wayne slipped his damp swim trunks off, just naturally assuming his Aunt intended to spank him bare, leading to a wink between Jackie and Sally.
