12^th Birthday Medical Exam Chapter 3

In Chapter 1, we met Family Practice Doctor Marcy Harris. The 52 year old woman with two grown children of her own was a respected Doctor that gave thorough exams. On this particular morning, she reviewed all the patients she would see that day with her head nurse Janet, noting that she had a brand new patient named Michael Sanchez, age 11, as the last patient of the morning.

“Why does his name sound familiar?” Dr. Harris asked Janet.

“You had his dad as a new patient a couple of months ago,” Janet replied.

Then with a giggle Janet added,” His dad was really good looking and you may remember…” Spacing her hands, Janet symbolized that he had a large penis.

Dr. Harris blushed a bit and exclaimed back, “Janet, I can’t believe you did that. But, I have to admit it was true!”

Meanwhile, Barbara Sanchez was waking up her son Michel and reminded him of his doctor appointment later that morning. Like most 11 year olds, he was not looking forward to it and asked his mom why he had to go.

“We have to make sure you are all caught up and ready for school in two weeks,” she replied.

That brought more groans from the boy being reminded that summer vacation was almost over.

“Now get in the shower Michael!”

Michael slowly dragged his way to the bathroom adjacent to his room and started taking his shower. Barbara tidied up her son’s room a bit and then entered the bathroom and pulled back the shower curtain.

Michael immediately covered his groin with his hand and yelled, “Mom what are you doing?”

“Just relax Michael. I need to make sure your penis and butt are clean and in any case, I am going to see you naked today.”

“What? How do you know mom?”

Barbara chuckled a bit then answered her son,”Because your dad already had his check-up with Dr. Harris and she is very thorough and your dad said you will really like her.”

With that Barbara took the bar of soap and lathered her right hand and then took her shocked son’s penis into her left hand, retracted the foreskin and gently cleaned under the glans with two fingers. Michael went beet red with embarrassment.

“Ok Michael, turn around and bend over like you are getting a spanking,” his mom asked.

Reluctantly, Michael obeyed and soon felt his mom’s soaped fingers probing the outside of his rectum.

When Barbara finished, she told the boy, “Ok sweetie, you can rinse off and get dressed. I will have pancakes for you in a few minutes.”

Michael enjoyed his breakfast and on the drive to the Doctor’s office tried not to think about his upcoming visit.

Michael and Barbara were both impressed by the courteousness of Dr. Harris’s staff upon arrival. Michael and his mom entered the exam room and a Nurse’s Assistant did his initial vitals, including pulse, temperature and blood pressure. She then explained that since it was his initial visit, both the head nurse and the doctor would see him today and instructed him to undress to his shorts.

Michael had barely gotten undressed when the head nurse Janet came in. She spent several minutes with Michael and Barbara going over both the boy’s and family medical history, focusing on Barbara’s side because she already had his dad’s information from his prior visit.

Then Janet explained the need to do some one time tests as a new patient including a rectal temp so they had a baseline in the event he ever got seriously ill. Michael got beet red once again, but obeyed the instructions to take his briefs off and lay down on his stomach. It had been years since he had a rectal temp and soon felt Janet lubricate his anus with her fingers before feeling the thermometer slide in. Though embarrassed, Michael felt a distinct tingle from getting the rectal temp.

Rectal temp done, Janet instructed the boy to get up on the scale and took his height and weight. Then she took out a soft tape and had the boy stand in front of her so she could measure his penis – indeed the boy was going to be bigger than average she thought to herself repressing a smile.

Janet then left the room explaining to Michael and Barbara that Dr. Harris would be in shortly and it would be easier to just have Michael remain nude.

Barbara knew this was not easy for her son to deal with and went over and gave her son a big hug praising him for his cooperation, although she had her hairbrush ready in her purse if needed.

Dr. Harris entered the exam room and greeted the boy and his mom, telling them how much she had enjoyed meeting his dad two months ago. Michael felt at ease even though still thinking about his stark nakedness. Dr. Harris focused on visual and motor skill tests as well as heart and lung examinations. She was indeed much more thorough than their old doctor prior to their recent move.

Dr. Harris then had the boy stand in front of her and examined his penis, explaining that while she personally thought being uncircumcised was fine, that it was important to keep the glans clean. Barbara chimed in at that point that she had personally cleaned Michael’s penis that morning and Dr. Harris gave her a thumbs up. Michael felt like melting into the ground at that point.

She then examined his testicles and Michael could not help but think about the fact that it sent yet another tingle up his spine as did the rectal temp.

Then Dr. Harris walked over to the medical table and started putting a glove on her right hand with instructions for Michael to bend over the exam table fully explaining the need for the rectal exam to the boy. The boy nodded that he understood and then winced as he felt the finger be inserted. As embarrassed as Michael was, he struggled with emotions from actually feeling pleasure from the medical exam and was dismayed to feel his penis getting erect.

Barbara, focused on her son’s exam, meanwhile came to the realization that her husband probably had enjoyed his prostate exam – even though Dr. Harris was a bit older than she and her husband, she was very attractive and noticed that she displayed a hint of cleavage in her manner of dress.

When Dr. Harris completed the rectal exam, she had the boy turn around and was pleased to see him erect, although his mom was surprised and covered her mouth open mouth. “Michael, it is very natural for this to occur – it means you are a very healthy boy!”

Dr. Harris noted Barbara’s reaction and repulsed a chuckle – many times she had seen the shocked looks of moms seeing their boys erect for the first time.

Dr. Harris, knowing her young patient had been through quite an ordeal already, elected to defer the request for his mom to begin doing periodic testicle exams until Michael’s six month follow-up.

Michael was still too young to understand how he could feel embarrassed, but excited too at the same time. While his mom still was getting over her emotions as they drove to a hamburger joint for lunch, Michael expressed that it had not been as bad as he thought and he indeed liked Dr. Harris.
