An Interview with Masturbatrix Magazine
Editor’s Note: Masturbatrix Magazine is a
figment of my imagination. To the best of my knowledge no such publication
exists. Likewise the program described below would be child abuse in the real
world. However, suspend disbelief, separate fantasy from reality and enjoy.
This is Denise Anderson with Masturbatrix
Magazine. I’m here with Irene Walton from the Barksdale School district
to talk to her about the Home School Sex Education Program for Girls otherwise pronounced
as “HESSEP-G.”
MM: Could you tell us a little bit more
about the program?
IW: Sure. It started with a study on teen
pregnancy done in 2005. While the numbers have been declining over the past
decade, a closer study of girls who did get pregnant indicated a deficiency in
the way we handled sex education for girls. These girls were either confused or
lacked the self-esteem needed to make an informed decision. The academic, text
book approach to sex education for girls was not working and a study program
build around a more “hands on” methodology was recommended.
A pilot program was proposed but put on
hold until the case of “The Commonwealth of Virginia vs. Dawson” was resolved.
MM: I am not sure all our readers are
familiar with that case. Could you explain it for them?
IW: Virginia
vs. Dawson
concerned a married couple, Judy and Fred Dawson and their 12-year-old
daughter, Elizabeth. The Dawson’s decided that
the school run program of sex education was not giving their daughter as much
information as she needed, particularly when it came to the male reproductive
system, so they agreed to allow Elizabeth
to inspect Mr. Dawson’s penis, and watch him masturbate to completion. The girl
was then allowed to examine her father’s semen.
At no time was there any intimate contact
between the father and daugher. The only touching was done by Mrs. Dawson as
she manipulated her husband’s penis for her daughter’s inspection. Mr. Dawson
was the only one naked; both females remained fully clothed the entire time.
The state brought the couple up on child
abuse charges but the court ruled that parents were allowed to determine the
course of sex education for their children as long as no intimate touching
between adults and children is involved, and that the child is not forced into
participating. Elizabeth’s
testimony about what a positive experience it was for her did a lot to
influence the decision.
We simply took the concept started by the Dawson’s and modified it.
MM: Modified? In what way?
IW: We felt that an adult male might be too
intimidating for a girl, so we decided that the demonstration be given by a boy
closer to her own age. This also eliminates the legalities of indecent exposure
and gets around the intimate touching issue since none of the participants are
adults.
MM: And what ages are we talking about?
IW: According to the psychologists on the
staff, a girl should learn about male reproduction as soon as possible, but at
an age where she can understand what she is seeing. Normally, this is about age
10, give or take a year. We realize that girls mature at various rates and we
have had girls as young as 8 and as old as 13 in the program.
MM: What about the boys?
IW: With the boys, there’s less of a
choice. They have to be old enough to ejaculate, so that puts the lower end at
12 or 13 and as I mentioned, we don’t want to intimidate young girls with adult
men. Officially, they are out of the program by age 18, but many leave by the
time they are 16. A lot of moms will shave or trim their older boys to make
them appear younger so they can stay in the program longer.
MM: How are girls selected for the program?
IW: Everything is done through the
families. Once we are contacted we send the family a brochure explaining the
program to them and have the parents and the girl fill out a questionnaire so
we can tailor the program to them.
MM: What do you mean by tailoring?
IW: I mean that each girl has a different
upbringing and a different exposure to boys. Some girls have brothers, some
don’t. Some have watched their moms or other relatives or neighbors change baby
boys or they may have even changed these boys themselves. Almost every girl has
probably watched a boy make pee, but that’s not a given. Each girl has a
different sexual experience with boys, so we need to pick up at the appropriate
place.
MM: How are boys selected for the programs?
IW: Again, it is done through the family.
Since the boy is a minor, he is signed up by his parents.
MM: Do the boys have any say?
IW: Oh yes, it’s 100% voluntary. I don’t
need to tell you that all boys masturbate. It’s a very natural thing for them
to do. For the most part, they hide this fact from their families and friends.
There is a lot of guilt associated with the act.
This program changes that. If they are going
to do it anyway, the program gives them the opportunity to do it without shame.
Parents, mostly moms, recognize this. All
they have to do is confront their son with his habit, and tell him it’s all
right. We provide parents who are interested with some guidance to tell if
their son is masturbating, and how to have this conversation with him.
MM: So the parents sign the boy up and
that’s it?
IW: Oh no. There is quite a bit of
screening. There’s a basic physical, of course, to see if the boy is healthy and
disease free. Then of course, the boy has to prove that he can ejaculate. This
is usually done at the same time as the physical.
Then the boy has to prove he can masturbate
with girls watching. We normally recruit some girls who have been through the program
to help with this. We will get a group of 3 to 5 girls and have them watch as
the boy jerks off.
That’s another benefit of the program; the
boys learn their proper role in a relationship with a girl. It kind of takes
the macho edge off a boy when he’s the only one naked and masturbating in a
room full of totally dressed girls.
Then there is training.
MM: Training?
IW: Yes. Although every boy masturbates and
most of them use the same basic technique, we like to standardize it.
First of all, part of the male reproductive
act is getting an erection. If a boy is of the type that gets an erection
simply by getting naked, he has to learn to get over it. A girl needs to see
the penis in its unerected state so she can make a comparison.
Then he must be taught to take hold of his
organ properly to provide the best visibility to anyone who might be watching.
He must learn to stop on command during appropriate places during the
masturbation so his attendant can explain to the girl what is going on.
Only then can he continue to masturbate to
completion.
MM: It sounds like you are taking the fun
out of masturbation.
IW: Some of the boys complain about this in
the beginning, but they get over it. They come to realize that it is just part
of “getting it off.”
The biggest complaint we get from the boys
is that they have to masturbate to a schedule. They have to do it when asked,
and in the interest of putting on a good demonstration, they need to restrain
themselves in between.
Asking a teenaged boy not to masturbate –
what can I say – you might as well ask him not to breathe. For this reason,
many of the parents put their boys in chastity devices. This is not a mandatory
requirement, but we do recommend it. Word gets around and boys who cum big are
in high demand.
This leads to another decision that the
parents have to make: how often to let their son cum. The program realizes the amazing
recharging potential of teenage boys, but restricts the use of a boy for
demonstration purposes to no more than five times a week, although a boy may
cum up to three times in any demonstration. Most parents choose two or three
times a week; some only once.
Overworking the organ leads to poor
ejaculations and poor reviews.
The program also mandates giving a boy
release at least once a week. Our doctors assure us that exercise is good for
the organ. Parents are required to do a thorough inspection of the organ once a
week to look for any potential problems. Although the release is often
delegated to another family member such as a sister, the inspection must be
witnessed or performed by an adult to assure it is conducted properly.
MM: It all sounds so regimented.
IW: Well, it has to be. Teaching young
girls about male reproduction is a serious business. Nothing says that it can’t
be fun, but certain standards apply.
MM: So just how does a “session” go?
IW: The boy is accompanied to the girl’s
house by a female attendant. We have determined that the presence of other males
during the demonstration is distracting. For this reason, all male family
members are dismissed. Moms, aunts, female cousins and sisters who are also
adults or have been through the program are allowed to stay and watch if they
wish.
It actually starts with the attendant
having a private chat with the girl to feel her out and to confirm what she put
down on her application. Attendants are trained to pick up on just how
comfortable the girl is with what she is about to see and to adjust the
demonstration appropriately. We have had cases where an attendant has called
off a demonstration because she deemed that the girl was not mature enough or
otherwise ready to participate, but in 99% of the cases, the demonstration goes
on as planned.
The girl and the attendant then adjourn to
a living room or other suitable place in the house for a facilitated
conversation between the girl and the boy and other females who may be in
attendance. We usually encourage the girl’s mother or other adult female
relatives to stay on.
The attendant is trained to keep the flow
of conversation going. All the women present are allowed to participate. Their
experiences help bolster the girl’s confidence. But in the end, the attendant
assures that the conversation is primarily between the girl and the boy.
The talk starts out with general topics of
interest to children of that age, school, music and so forth but is gradually
worked around to the purpose of the demonstration. This assures that the girl
is comfortable with both the program and the boy she will be seeing.
The boy is then undressed. How this happens
varies a lot depending on how things went with the girl during the preliminary
interview. It could be done quickly or slowly and the boy can either strip
himself, or the girl may choose to strip him. Few girls, even the most timid,
pass up the opportunity to strip a boy.
If the boy is fitted with a chastity
device, its function is explained at this point.
After the penis is exposed, the attendant
explains male anatomy to the girl pointing out the various parts of the penis
with the aid of clearly labeled pictures. At this point, the girl may also
touch the boy provided she is wearing protective gloves.
The boy is then given the command to
masturbate. Normally he is in a kneeling position on the floor in front of the
girl, although sometimes he might be kneeling on a coffee table or other
suitable piece of furniture. The kneeling position provides the best
combination of safety (the boy is not in a threatening position) and
visibility.
Once the boy attains an erection, the
demonstration is stopped again as the attendant explains the physiological
events that cause it; once again using illustrations to supplement the live
demonstration. The girl is also allowed to handle the penis in this condition
with her gloved hand. At this point the use of a condom is demonstrated. The
attendant puts the condom on the boy and takes it off. The girl is also invited
to try it herself. This part of the demonstration is accompanied on a lecture
about safe sex.
Masturbation resumes and the boy is cautioned
to proceed slowly to assure maximum arousal and the production of pre-cum. Once
again the demonstration is stopped and an explanation and examination follows.
Finally, the boy is allowed to continue his
masturbation to completion. He must announce when he is ready to cum so that
those watching will be ready for it.
The girl is allowed to examine the
ejaculate. If she chooses, she can remove her gloves for this, but must wash
and disinfect her hands immediately afterwards.
The attendant then reviews what happened as
the boy cleans up his mess and recharges.
The girl is then given the opportunity for supervised
free play with the boy if she so chooses. She is encouraged to do so, and the
attendant stands ready to coach and answer any questions she may have.
MM: What’s the most unusual thing you’ve
had happen during a demonstration?
IW: (Laughs). I could tell you stories.
In one case a boy ejaculated so far, he
actually hit his first shot into a teacup that the girl’s mother was holding. I
don’t know how many times a boy has splattered a member of his audience. We
warn the girls about that, but usually everyone is so eager, they tend to
forget. The young girls are just inexperienced while older women tend to forget
just how much a teenaged boy can ejaculate.
On another occasion, the family cat kept
wanting to play with it. Fortunately, it just batted at it without claws, but
the animal had to be locked in another room … with the boys.
MM: How much does the program cost?
IW: Actually the price is normally quite
reasonable. I really don’t want to give you a quote, because it does vary with
the situation. A lot depends on the experience, maturity and rating of the boy.
After each performance, the boy is rated, and the score is sent to our staff.
The ratings are available for look up on our web site along with reviews
written by the moms and the girls themselves.
Some moms have promotional videos that they
show to market their product better. Moms with boys who are well-endowed or
better shooters can ask for premium prices. Ultimately, both moms negotiate a
price, but we do have recommended guidelines.
MM: Do you give group rates?
IW: (Laughs). No, the program is designed
to be a one-on-one program although we have done a number of cases where the daughters
are twins or close in age.
Many of the women who have sons in the
program do a side business that is more entertaining than educational. These
unofficial programs are very popular at birthday parties, sleepovers, bat
mitzvahs and even girl scout meetings. I know of a couple of women who pool
their sons and really put on a show for the girls. This is a pretty lucrative
business, especially for moms with older boys who are “retired.”
MM: How do parents sign up their sons and
daughters for the program?

MM: Do you have any final words for our
readers?
IW: This program has been an unqualified
success so far. Only time will tell if it reaches its ultimate goal of reducing
teen pregnancies. However, the girls who have been through the program are not
only better educated on male reproduction, but also a lot more confident in
themselves and a lot less intimidated by boys, now that they know how they
work. This goes a long way with a girl to develop a positive self-image of
herself.
MM: Well thank you for sharing. It
certainly does sound like an interesting program. I can’t wait for my daughters
to be old enough to participate.
