Having skipped a grade, at age 13 the small for his age high school freshman Mickie is the youngest and smallest student at school. In an effort to gain approval of his scince teacher and the favor of an older sophomore girl, he volunteers to be a participant in a medical study being conducted by the science class. This results in Mickie repeatedly finding himself in embarrassing, humiliating, and at times painful predicaments.
