It’s tough playing God and creating a whole universe. The last time
that happened, it took 7 days :). The Forced Nudity Aspect will come in
future installments.
In this reality women outlive men by a
factor of 4 but men outnumber women 5 to 1. In these conditions, the
males are expendable and women and even girls rule every aspect of life.
Femtopia
The disease was upon humanity before it knew it. There were no
symptoms. No fever, no pain, no breakout in boils. The world was sick
and didn’t know it.
The first indication of the disease was a
change in the birth rate. Instead of the nearly 50-50 split that had
been evident since mankind kept those kinds of records, the birth rate
gradually shifted in increasingly large numbers towards male births,
leveling out at about 5 male births for each female birth.
The other effect which came to be noticed was a change in longevity and fertility.
Women lived to be about 100 years of age and were fertile for more than half of that time.
For men, the news was even worse. Men only lived to an average age of
25 years old. They came to puberty at about age 15 and went through a
“menopause” at age 20. They were the ones whose biological clock is
ticking.
All of these things came to pass before anyone knew that they were happening.

It’s been nearly a century since the disease stabilized and society made the adjustment to the new reality.
It starts with conception. Prior to a woman’s first live birth,
chemical reactions in her system foster the creation of “killer
microbes” that can detect if a sperm cell carries a Y chromosome. These
cells are hunted down and destroyed leaving very few sperm carrying a Y
chromosome to survive.
On subsequent pregnancies, the situation is reversed and few spermatozoa not bearing a Y chromosome are granted safe passage.
The most likely scenario is for a woman to have the eldest child to be
a girl and all subsequent children to be boys. Rare is the family with
more than one girl and some families have nothing but boys.
While all children are appreciated, male births are considered routine,
and the birth of a baby girl is celebrated with great fanfare. This
also carries through to birthday celebrations as the children age. Each
birthday for a girl is a large celebration. Boy birthdays are hardly
noted if at all.
In the new society, males are expendable.
Polyandry (one wife, multiple husbands) is expected. A woman usually
has 5 husbands at a time of various ages, taking them on as early as 12
years of age (husbands in training) and using the husbands for sexual
pleasure and reproduction, domestic chores in the house, childcare and
taking care of older husbands. Wealthier women will sometimes take on
dozens of husbands in a harem. All of this is without regard to the
woman’s age. Most women wait to establish themselves in a career and
take on their first husband at about age 30.
A typical
marriage to a particular husband lasts about 5 to 10 years. That's less
time than most people own a dog. When a husband dies, the woman
replaces him with a "newer model." So it is not uncommon for a woman in
her 60’s to have husbands between 15 and 25 years of age.
In
this society, traditional courtship is an anachronism. Marriages are
arranged by the mother of the boy and the woman seeking a husband. The
prospective bride places an ad announcing a vacancy for a husband and
mothers submit the resumes of their sons.
Physical appearance
is important as are work skills, experience in child care or eldercare.
A lot of this information is provided in the format of a traditional
resume.
Sexual prowess is also important, so full medical
information on the boy’s sexual capacity is included such as: penis
length, average time to ejaculate, sperm count per ml and average cc’s
per ejaculation. All boys are measured on in these aspects
periodically. An overall assessment of the boy’s health is provided by
his male physiology technician. These are highly trained professionals,
but with credentials less than full medical doctors.
Letters
of recommendation from the boys’ female peers who have been involved
with their training carries great weight. An interview process follows,
and the adoption of the male follows.
So it is incumbent on
mothers to train their sons to be good husbands. If a mother cannot
marry off a son by the time he’s 16 or 17, it is likely that she will
be with him until his death.
Considering the short lives of
males, educating them beyond what they need to know for the most menial
of tasks is worthless. So, boys might get as much as a 4th grade
education before being put into the workforce.
A good portion
of a boy’s training is geared towards making him a good househusband.
Emphasis is given to house cleaning, laundry, cooking, childcare and
providing sexual satisfaction to female partners.
An important
part of this training is provided by sisters and most often by
classmates: girls the same or of younger age than the boy. This is also
good training for the girls as they must be groomed for command.
The small bit of income the boy earns by doing his chores goes to his
mother until he is married and then it goes to his wife. Boys cannot be
trusted to handle money responsively and are given allowances by the
female who is in charge of them.
Boys are paid the minimum
wage. This practice keeps prices down and supports a thriving economy.
With as many as five (or more) such incomes each household has adequate
spending power.
Domestic life for boys includes going to
school, doing chores at home or doing menial work in the workforce.
There are no organized sports for boys, but there are exercise programs
to keep them in shape.
Most of the enlisted forces in the
military are male because they are expendable. The officer corps and
NCOs are exclusively female because they are the only ones who have the
education and live long enough to "make rank." With women in all
positions of political power, wars are rare.
Women also hold
all the top leadership positions in every other industry. Every
supervisor is female and there is no instance of any male holding any
position of authority over any female in any job.
The only
case of male over female command is in a childcare situation where the
males perform routine tasks such as overseeing play and changing
diapers and otherwise see to the safety of their charges. Men may
discipline boys but cannot discipline girls. Girls must be handed over
to the female supervisor or one of her assistants (sometimes girls as
young as 12) for discipline.
In such a world, girls are taught
to take command over boys at an early age. When BFFs get together to
play, they could have dozens of boys (brothers and classmates) to play
with.
Once a girl reaches puberty, it is common for her mother
to grant her control over some or all of her husbands. She needs this
training for when she takes on husbands of her own.
The
downside in this society for women is that they must produce about 5
children each to keep the population viable. However, with a fertility
span of close to half a century and always having several sperm donors
"on tap" this should not be too difficult a task especially since the
males are responsible for raising the children.
To help
enforce female authority, male nudity is expected when practical. Men
need to be given “letters of transport” by their female in charge to
travel on their own or they must be escorted by a female over the age
of 12.
In this world all political, economic, military and industrial power is in the hands of women.
