In the Aurelius’s backyard, Michael Stokes, Jeffrey Rose and Thomas Aurelius were looking very ashamed and embarrassed as they stood totally naked and exposed out in the open. They had been instructed to play with the other seven dressed children, whist the adults remained inside partaking refreshments and chatting.

The three boys did not look at all like they wanted to join in playing in their naked state with thirteen year old Michael’s eleven year old sister Megan and nine year old sister Di, along with thirteen year old Jeffrey’s twelve year old brother Chad and ten year old sister Ellie plus fourteen year old Thomas’s thirteen year old sister Anna and twelve year old Sarah and her twelve year old friend, Morgan Palatine all fully clothed and enjoying their humiliation and embarrassment.

Then things got even worse for the three naked boys.

“Oh look girls, there’s Eddy and Andrew Jakes in their back garden, let’s invite them to join us.” said Anna.

Edward Jakes know as Eddy had grown up in Bingen on the Water and as time passed and he moved towards his teenage years it had seemed a natural progression that from the age of twelve he began sitting his brother Andrew who was five years younger than Eddy when his mother and her partner were out. Soon after he began occasionally sitting the children of his neighbours on the eastern side, the Kirks, Vanessa who was four years younger than Eddy, Edward who was five years younger and Cara who was seven years younger.

Eddy was now fifteen years of age and apart from his brother Andrew, his mother Lydia and her partner April also lived in their residence. Eddy had been seven when his mother chucked his father out of the house and April had moved in when Eddy was nine. Eddy still saw his father regularly, he usually spent one weekend a month with his dad.

Eddy had built up a reputation with his mother and April for firm discipline and control when he sat Andrew and this reputation continued to build when he began to sit the children of his neighbours on the eastern side, the Kirks, Vanessa who was four years younger than Eddy, Edward who was five years younger and Cora who was seven years younger.

Eddy also had the respect of Mr and Mrs Kirk and this gave him considerable power over those he sat. When he sat Vanessa and Cora, Eddy was not allowed to spank the girls or to supervise their baths. Girls were expected to have a very high level of modesty and Eddy was expected to abide and uphold that standard. It was a different matter when it came to his brother Andrew and Edward Kirk as little boys had no need for excessive modesty.

Eddy had heard mention of the return to traditional values in the kingdom but had not bothered to familiarise himself at all with any of its rules or implications for himself. He was not aware that both his mother and April had recently attended classes on the implementation of the return to traditional values in the family run by the Reverend Sextus Polley, Vicar of St Cuthbert’s, Bingen on the Water.

So Eddy was very surprised when he was in his back garden kicking a ball with his brother Andrew when he heard Anna Aurelius, one of his western neighbours call out to him and his brother.

Anna, Sarah and Morgan had come over to the boundary fence and Anna who had a bit of a crush on Eddy said, “Hello Eddy, would you and Andrew like to come around and join us? Thomas has been a very naughty little boy, as have Michael Stokes and Jeffrey Rose and they have been stripped naked and spanked as punishment under the new return to traditional values rules!”

Eddy and Andrew looked over the fence and both were taken by surprise that the three boys were still totally naked in the backyard. Eddy had often been around to the Aurelius’s backyard and spent time kicking ball and talking with Thomas who was only a year younger than him, but this was the first time he had seen Thomas naked. Eddy and Andrew enthusiastically entered the Aurelius’s backyard yard through the adjoining gate and went over to the three naked boys who were surrounded by Michael’s eleven year old sister Megan and nine year old sister Di, along with thirteen year old Jeffrey’s twelve year old brother Chad and ten year old sister Ellie.

“So what are you guys being punished for?"

"We were spying," Michael volunteered honestly.

“What’s going on here?” Eddy heard from behind him. It was April’s voice. He turned to see his mother and April standing behind him.

“These boys are naked, they have to stay naked, some new rule in the kingdom!” Andrew informed his mother and April.

“Yeah it’s so funny, just look at Michael, Jeffrey and Thomas, their so embarrassed, especially Thomas as he’s still a bald little boy!” Eddy teased.

“Those rules are called a return to traditional values” Mrs Hyacinth Stokes informed Andrew as she walked out of the Aurelius residence followed by Mr Blindly Rose.

“They have been endorsed by the King and soon all boys and girls ages under sixteen will be returned to traditional values!” said Mr Rose who was a great supporter of the initiative as he spoke to the assembled group.

“Yes the idea has come from Archbishops College and as Mr Rose stated, it has the Kings endorsement. It is all about the kingdom returning to traditional values and not adopting so many modern contemporary ideas” informed Mrs Stokes.

“Hello Hyacinth and Blindly, nice to see you again” said April. “Andrew and Eddy, I don’t think you have realised that your mother and I have been studying all about the return to traditional values with the Reverend Polley and Mrs Stokes and Mr Rose who as the ‘Parish Rods’ have assisted the Reverend at those sessions.”

“Your mother and I have decided that it's a good idea going without clothes at least during the warmer months while playing in the back garden. In traditional values it’s called ‘naked time’ and unlike what these three boys are experiencing, naked time is not a punishment, just a requirement of returning to traditional values” said April.

Eddy smiled at April’s comment and commented, “Yeah, great idea for you Andrew, why you and Chad could even get naked right now, I think that would be a great idea."

"I'm glad to hear you say that, Eddy” said his mother Lydia, “Because April and I have decided that it's important that we fully adopt the return to traditional values in our family! So we’ve decided to give this naked time idea a try and see how it goes and your suggestion of getting naked right now makes great sense!”

Eddy laughed out loud and teased, “Guess what Andrew, you’re going to be totally naked in front of everyone here, just like the other three boys!”

“But mum” … Andrew started to complain but was cut off by his mother.

"Oh it applies not just to you Andrew, this applies to Eddy too!." their mother Lydia explained.

"What!" Eddy exclaimed. “I'm fifteen years old for pete’s sake, I’m too old to be involved in this!”

"I know how old you are dear, the return to traditional values rules applies to boys and girls until they turn sixteen! April and I have already decided we were going implement traditional values fully and this surprising opportunity provided by these three naked boys, makes it an ideal moment to start. So I don’t want to hear any more objections about it. Based on your suggestion Eddy and this opportunity, I've made up my mind that we will give the return to traditional values a try immediately." his mother Lydia stated very firmly.

"But mum, I’m all grown up, I’m nearly sixteen and shouldn’t have to get naked, it should only be little boys like Andrew, Edward or Chad and as this applies to little girls too, Vanessa and Cora should get naked as well!” Eddy argued despite his mothers earlier warning.

"Your not sixteen for eight more months Eddy and I guess we'll all soon see just how grown up you really are, won't we?" his mother Lydia replied as Eddy blushed.

Eddy began to get very nervous and at the same time determined that he was not going to get naked. He was so embarrassed by this sudden change in his own circumstance and status that he began to feel nauseous and faint!

Andrew knew better than to argue and when told to undress, he simply took off his clothes and handed them to his mother. He was still embarrassed but he was used to being naked outside in front of others thanks to the way his brother had treated him and so he didn’t have as much of a problem with conforming to the return to traditional values nudity rule as Eddy was having.

Eddy was petrified about undressing and pleaded, "Mom please, I really am too old to run around naked. It’s ok for Andrew to run around out here naked as he’s not started puberty, he’s still bald like Thomas but to make me do this when it isn’t a punishment isn’t right, I’ve started puberty so it doesn't make sense. Please let me keep my clothes?" Eddy pleaded.

"No Eddy! I've already explained to you how traditional values applies to boys and girls aged under sixteen, wether they have started puberty or not, naked time is not a punishment, so get those clothes off now!” Lydia ordered her blushing eldest son.

"No!” Eddy snapped back. "I'm not going to do it!"

His mother was surprised at his defiance and angrily replied, "Oh yes you are!” as she grabbed his arm and pulled him towards her poking her finger menacingly at Eddy’s chest saying, "Get to it young man."

"No!” Eddy persisted.

"I've had enough of this backchat Eddy." Lydia said. "You've just proved to me that you aren't as grown up as you think you are. If you want to act like a defiant little boy, then you'll be treated like one."

Lydia asked Mr Rose to hold Eddys arms and then she began spanking his bottom in front of his amazed brother Andrew and all the other children present!

Eddy was so taken aback by the indignity of it all that initially he hardly noticed the whacks his mother was delivering until his bottom began to burn!

"I will not tolerate backchat or disobedience. With he return to traditional values, when I tell you to do something, I expect you to do it!" his mother said emphatically between blows.
"You may think you are immune since you are fifteen and ‘all grown up’ but the kingdom is changing and you've got a new reality to learn to live under with the return to traditional values." Lydia stated and began to increase the force of her spanks.

Eddy in his memory had never been spanked and so he was was totally unprepared for the pain, the spanks caused, even though it was through his clothing. His mother kept spanking until she had him crying just like he had always done when he spanked Andrew and Edward.

"Who's in charge under our family’s return to traditional values Eddy?” Lydia demanded of her eldest son.

The full reality of having his mother, April, Andrew and all the other children and adults present seeing him naked made his legs weak and a new wave of nausea overtook him.

"Get moving Eddy," Lydia warned.

"All right mum, I'm doing it!” Eddy said with as much flippancy as he could muster as he began to lift his T-shirt up over his head. Morgan marvelled at seeing his bare muscular chest but was surprised to see he still had hairless arm pits.

After prolonging his undressing for as long as he dared, Eddy was finally down to his boxer shorts. He took a deep breath and reached for the waistband and pulled down, stepped out of them in one quick motion. Eddy felt the air against his bare skin and a tingle shot up his spine. He was painfully aware that he was now naked in a place where he normally should be wearing clothes! It was a humiliating feeling that he had never felt before. He became acutely aware of his body and of everyone present, staring at what he had between his legs. Though he was fifteen and in his mind almost grown up, he was rapidly being forced to realise that as far as the return to traditional values was concerned, he was to be treated as a little boy!

“Wow .... He's so small!!!" Anna exclaimed.

“Yeah, I thought he would look more like Michael! Sarah replied.

“He’s not very hairy, I think he’s got less pubes than Jeffrey, in fact he’s almost as bald as Thomas!" Morgan chuckled.

Though the girls were speaking quietly, Eddy heard every word and lowered his head towards the ground in shame, his reputation among the female students at school had surely taken a dive!

Eddy had a full erection but it was small as Anna had commented and also boyishly thin, struggling to reach four inches and his pubic hair looked newly grown, with two little patches of pubic hair that were growing on either side of his penis and was very sparse over the top were it was yet to properly join up with the side patches. This odd feeling was especially so when Andrew looked him in the eye and smiled a knowing smile, causing Eddy to blush even more profusely.

Just then two girls came walking into the Aurelius’s backyard through the gate from the Jakes back garden, it was the two girls he often sat, Vanessa Kirk who was eleven and Cora Kirk who was eight. A little way behind the two excited girls was Edward Kirk who was aged ten and he was accompanied by his mother Mrs Iris Kirk.

Eddy quickly moved both his hands to cover over his totally naked and exposed genitals, assuming the classic embarrassed naked male position, snapping his left hand over his right between his legs and crouching over!

"Oh look Mummy, Eddy’s naked!” Vanessa exclaimed, "I think he’s embarrassed to see us!"

“Hello Hyacinth, Blindly, Lydia and April” said Iris Kirk. “Has Eddy started conforming to the return to traditional values rules?”

“Hello Iris, yes he has!” said Eddy’s mother Lydia Jakes. “Eddy, stand up straight and no covering up, boys under sixteen have no need for such modesty!”

When Eddy slowly and reluctantly stood tall and moved his hands from covering his genitals, there was a moment of stunned silence from Vanessa, Edward and Cora . Even Mrs Kirk was surprised with what she was seeing. She had expected Eddy to look a lot more manly than he now revealed!

It was Edward who eventually broke the silence by sarcastically saying, “Wow, he’s not much bigger than me!” the girls and boys all smiled and giggled at his comment.

“Why are those other three boys naked whilst Chad Rose is dressed?” Iris Kirk asked.

“Michael Stokes, Jeffrey Rose and Thomas Aurelius are being punished for spying on some children enjoying naked time. They got caught and are being punishing by making them stay naked. Chad and the other children will be adopting traditional values very soon but not right now!”informed Mr Rose.

“Isn’t Eddy too old to be naked,” asked eight year old Cora.

“No, he isn’t. He’s fifteen, which means under the return to traditional values rules, he’s still considered a little boy!” Lydia Jakes replied.

Then Cora made another observation, “Why’s he and those two boys got hair growing around their willy?” Cora asked as she pointed to Michael and Jeffrey.

“Big boys and men grow hair around there which is called pubic hair.” informed Mrs Kirk. “Usually this happens when they are aged twelve or thirteen but with some boys it doesn’t start to grow until they are fourteen, fifteen and even some boys until they are sixteen. You can see Cora that Thomas who is fourteen is still hairless. Your pubes and Edward’s will begin growing in the next few years, whereas Vanessa already has some pubes. Girls usually develop earlier than boys.”

Vanessa blushed profusely at her mother discussing publicly her pubertal development!

“Yes, Eddy hasn’t got much pubic hair yet!” April informed Mrs Kirk and Cora. “To me, his pubes look like they have only recently started growing, but what he does have is going to be gone soon, as boys and girls under sixteen are expected to keep their groins and arm pits shaved as a reminder that they are still considered to be little boys and girls!” April informed no one in particular.

“What?” Eddy blurted out at the news of this latest humiliation.

“Yes that’s right Eddy, April and I have decided that in line with the return to traditional values, you need to look bald like all the younger little boys.” Lydia Jakes confirmed to her son.

“Michael and Jeffrey will be loosing their pubes soon too, so as to conform to the traditional values rules. I know that Morgan Palatine’s family has already adopted the return to traditional values and that she has been shaved and I suspect that Megan Stokes, Vanessa Kirk and Anna and Sarah Aurelius will also need to be shaved when they commence traditional values. Mr Rose clarified. “ However Di, Ellie Andrew, Edward and my son Chad will not yet, need to be shaved.

“Oh Anna is still flat chested and bald, so she won’t need to be shaved, Mr Rose!” Sarah blurted out!

Anna immediately went crimson with shame and humiliation.

“What about you Sarah? Do you need to shaved? Your younger than Anna.” Mr Rose asked.

Sarah blushed, though not as much as her sister Anna was currently doing at having to discuss her own state of sexual development. “I will need to be shaved as I do have some pubes, but I already shave my arm pits, sir! Sarah confessed.

“How interesting, your more developed than your older sister. By the colour of Anna’s cheeks, I can tell she is very humiliated and embarrassed about that fact!” said Mrs Stokes.

“So is it okay that Eddy and Andrew are naked, it is not a punishment for them, just naked time!” Lydia Jakes asked.

“Oh that’s fine” Mr Rose confirmed. “Thomas, Michael and my Jeffrey are not actually under punishment anymore, that has concluded. However keeping them naked and the other children dressed seemed a good idea to highlight to the three boys just that little bit more how things have changed under the return to values.”

“Brindly, perhaps we should consider the other little boys and girls who are dressed having naked time as well. It does seem an appropriate time.” Mrs Hyacinth Stokes suggested to her fellow Parish Rod, Mr Blindly Rose.

“What do you think Iris? Is this an appropriate time for Vanessa, Edward and Cora to have their first naked time? Mr Rose asked.

Iris Kirk was not at all certain she wanted her two daughters naked in front of so many boys, Edward was often naked, especially when he was with Andrew, so she had no concerns at all in him having naked time. Iris however respected both the newly appointed Parish Rods and was keen for them to see her as a positive supporter of the return to traditional values, so she decided that now was as good a time as any for her girls to start experiencing naked time as any!

When Iris agreed, Hyacinth Stokes went back inside to obtain the Aurelius’s permission whilst Mr Rose remained outside. Mrs Stokes soon reappeared with the other adults, she was on her mobile phone talking and it soon became apparent that one of Morgan Palatine’s parents was giving their permission for Morgan to join in naked time.
