The Milking Station
Authors Note: there is a KGRL college in India. To the best of my
knowledge there is no broadcast station of any kind with the call
letters KGRL. If there is, this story has nothing to do with it.
The milking station is used to masturbate boys for purposes of
measuring erect penis size, sperm production and other aspects of child
and adolescent male sexual development.
It consists of two
parts: a small table with adjustable legs that can be extended to
accommodate the boy’s stature and a box, called the collector that
mounted on this table. The collector also has adjustable legs to “fine
tune” the height of the back of the collector to cup the boy’s
testicles.
The collector resembles a funnel that has been
cut lengthwise with the large end of the funnel facing the boy. There
is a semicircle cutout at the top of the funnel to make the fit with
the boy’s testicles more comfortable.
It’s a revolutionary new device that brings science and male masturbation together under the umbrella of female supremacy.

“Good day, viewers. Welcome to Masturbatrix Magazine’s video series
‘Dominating the Male.’ I’m Gail Peterson, KGRL-TV Science Reporter and
I’m here with Patricia Hopkins my videographer. Today we’re talking
with Ms. Marsha Fletcher, principal of Jane Austin Middle School, part
of the Young Ms. Leadership Academy Educational System.
Good morning, Ms. Fletcher.”
“Good morning, Gail. Please call me Marsha.”
“How long have you been principal here at Jane Austin?”
“It’s been about 7 years now.”
“And in that time, you’ve been charged with bringing on board new
programs to help girls develop their potential as future leaders in
society.”
“Yes, we’ve had several ground-breaking initiatives and plans for even more ambitious programs in the future.”
“Please tell us about the latest program.”
“Like many of the other programs in the YLMA system, it is part of the
Biology and Human Development Program. It’s called General Initiative
for Research in Life Reproduction Under Leadership Empowerment or GIRL
RULE or as the girls sometimes call it, “GR.”
It is the
latest in a series of programs to monitor male sexual development in a
more scientific setting. Today, we will be discussing a tool
specifically designed for measurement and milking or “M&M.”
Prior to this, we enforced male nudity in the classroom and encouraged
girls to explore the genitalia of their male classmates. While this
went a long way to enhancing the girls’ self-esteem and instilling a
sense of submissiveness in the boys, we felt that we were missing out
on an educational opportunity.”
“In what way?”
“Well, that’s one of the beautiful things about this program: it is a multi-disciplinary project.
While primarily satisfying the needs of the Biology and Human
Development Department, it also encompasses elements of mathematics and
exploration of the scientific method.”
“Please go on.”
“There is an old adage that if you can’t measure it, you can’t manage
it. We’ve always had a program where girls measure boys’ penises in the
various grades, recording the boys’ sizes and ages. These results are
tabulated and various mathematical analysis are performed depending on
which grade the girls are in.
Measurements under the old
program were done with the traditional ruler and index card and tape
measure method in two-girl teams. While this produces accurate enough
results, it is time consuming and even then, there are variations in
the measurement technique.
Sperm volume is measured by
capturing a boy’s ejaculate in a condom, but girls miss out on the fun
of watching it squirt out. There is no way to measure both volume and
distance under these circumstances. We would also like to measure every
ejaculation, not just random samplings at our semen extraction
sessions.”
“How do you manage these sessions?”
“Well, as you know, every boy is required to be in chastity for three
days prior and should be measured every two weeks. Ejaculations in
between can be done for entertainment or other purposes.
The
number of chastity devices determines the number of boys that can be
prepped at any time for measurement and milking. If, for example, you
had only one device for every 10 boys, then you have to do your boys in
batches of 10. There is also the three-day chastity period and the
two-week milking period to consider.
Some large schools struggle and have a constant rotation where M&M occurs daily.
We are very fortunate. We have enough devices for more than half our
boys. So we do our masturbation in two batches; each batch at a special
weekly assembly. Such a large crowd makes it a festive occasion and the
girls look forward to “Phallus Fridays.”
Boys in chastity
are required to wear a pink arm band while on school property. It lets
the girls know whose week it is, and what boys are available for other
activities.
“That’s a great idea.”
“The
centerpiece of the new program is a device call the milking station. It
is a high-tech masturbation and measurement device. Would you like a
demonstration?”
“Oh please. We’d love that. Can Trisha film it?”
“Of course she can. I’ve already gotten the permission slips from both the boy’s and girl’s parents.
“Follow me,” we normally do this in the gym because of the space involved and it allows for the greatest number of spectators.
Ms. Fletcher leads the team to the gym. Upon opening the door, they see a girl in her P.E. kit and a naked boy.
“This is Julie Manson. She’s in the 6th grade and one of our best masturbatricies.
Julie, this is Ms. Gail and Ms. Annie.”
“Good morning Ms. Gail and Ms. Annie.”
“The boy is Peter Parkenson. He’s in the 8th
grade, one of our bigger boys and shoots a lot of sperm. Although this
normally would be his week out of chastity, we locked him up in
anticipation of the interview.”
Turning to the girl, she said, “Julie, why don’t you show our guests how it’s done.”
Julie ran a commentary, “Peter, why don’t you assemble the table for me.”
“Yes, Ms. Julie,” the boy responded politely.
“As you can see,” the girl continued, “the table unfolds like a card
table and the legs snap into place. This makes it easy to store and a
couple of my friends want one for home.”
“Set the legs to
position three,” she commanded. “I’ve been doing this since school
started this year. I’m getting good at guessing how high a boy’s penis
is off the floor and how to adjust the legs.”
Her next instruction was, “Set the collector on the table and lock it in place.”
“Yes, Ms. Julie.”
“Now stand in position.”
The boy stepped forward and placed his testicles at the top of the funnel.
“Not bad,” Julie smiled, “a couple of turns on the fine tuning screws on the collector and it will be the perfect height.”
Turning to her audience she said, “I like my boys to be comfortable during the M&M.”
“Do you girls always do the same boys?”
“No, we are assigned boys randomly. Otherwise, there would be fights
over the boys. All the girls know who’s big and who isn’t and who can
shoot the most. I’ honored to have Peter; he’s one of the best boys in
the school. All the girls want to do him.
“Think of it as a
reward,” the principal offered, “for being such a good mastrubatrix. If
we had interschool competition for male masturbation, the two of you
would be on the team.”
The girl smiled and continued the demonstration. “OK, Peter, let me unlock you and then get you strapped in.”
Ms. Fletcher commented as her student further prepared the boy for
masturbation. “All our girls are trained in male chastity. Although we
use the YLMA standard device for the program, we also have a handful of
other devices to give girls the experience with other devices they may
need for later in life.
Locking up is done by the girls in their classrooms on Tuesday afternoons.”
The girl took a strap, looped it around the boy’s waist, and buckled it
to the device. “It’s not exactly bondage,” she explained, “but it does
keep him from humping and potentially invalidating the results.”
Julie then grabbed a box mounted on an arm attached to the collector
and swung it into position over Peter’s penis. She took a couple of
seconds to adjust its position to her liking. She then pressed a button
similar to a camera’s remote shutter release and the box came to life.
A whirring noise was heard and through the seams in the box a bright
light could be seen. The box was scanning the boy’s penis.
“This device,” the girl said, “is a laser measurer. It produces a
down-to-the-millimeter measurement of the length of the penis. The
penis is scanned in several different planes and if we wanted to, we
could feed the information into a 3-D printer to get an exact
reproduction of his penis and balls.
But that’s kind of expensive and kind of slow to do, so we just usually look at it on the monitor.”
On the monitor was an image of a penis. Julie delighted in manipulating
it, rotating it about its axes and zooming in and zooming out. She
clearly demonstrated that she could view it from any angle including
some not possible in real life such as looking lengthwise down the
shaft towards the head.
“In addition to penis length, we
also measure its girth, how much it arcs up or down, whether it leans
left or right, deviation from straightness … Peter is straighter than
most of the boys … and finally testicle volume and extension.
Then I take a look at it on this sheet,” here she brought up a
spreadsheet, “for an eyeball look to see if there are any outliers that
might indicate an equipment malfunction.
All the figures look to be within the normal range, so now I can certify the data.”
She clicked on an icon and the display “grayed out.”
“There! Now I sent the data to the master YLMA database. They are not
letting this data go to waste and are developing the most comprehensive
database of male sexual development in the world.
These are
just the basic physical measurements. They are the standard YLMA
measurements. Since what we do with the boys next can vary, those
metrics will be entered later.”
Julie removed the scanner
and replaced it with a sleeve that went over the boy’s penis. Both ends
of the sleeve were open. She adjusted this so that just the tip of the
penis was sticking out.
“This is the masturbator,” she said.
“It’s a double walled plastic tube. I press this button like this,” the
tube filled with an opaque white liquid, “and the tube fills with a
non-Newtonian Fluid. I’ll explain that in a minute.
The
masturbator inflates until it fits every contour of the penis snugly.
At this point we take a hardness reading. It works on the same
principle as a blood pressure cup
Next, we apply the
vibrator. We can vary the frequency and the amplification of the
vibration and we have a whole series of data on the effects of both of
these parameters on ejaculation.
Today I will be using the standard settings.
Now for the non-Newtonian part. A non-Newtonian fluid is one that
solidifies when it is subjected to shock or vibration. This is just a
plain corn starch solution, but it works great. You can see YouTube
videos of people running across swimming pools of the stuff. If they
stop, they sink.
So when I turn the vibrator on, the tube stiffens up and it transmits the vibration to all parts of the penis.
There is an ‘interrupter’ mode that constantly monitors the pressure in
the boy’s penis. If the penis gets hard, it turns off the vibrator and
stimulation stops. The fluid gets ‘flaccid’ first and then the penis
follows.
When the pressure drops, the vibrator is turned back on automatically and the penis is stimulated back into hardness.
The machine can cycle like this indefinitely. It never gets tired and
it never gets bored. It’s a perfect way to tease a boy. He’ll be
stimulated to the brink of cumming but the machine will always stop
before he can do it.
I’d like to show you that, but Ms.
Fletcher says we don’t have that much time, so I’ll just put the
machine into continuous mode.”
Julie flipped a switch and
the machine started humming. The women watched as the tube hardened and
it appeared to be blurry with the vibration as it transmitted the
stimulation to the penis encased within.
Peter stood there
stoically at first, but as the masturbator did its thing, he started to
stiffen and tremble. In a way, he was acting like the fluid – vibrating
and getting harder.
He got to the point where his beathing was labored and with a grunt, he let out with a gush.
“Good boy!” Julie congratulated. “Keep it cumming.”
The boy did perform, putting out spurts of semen for at least a minute.
Finally nothing was cumming out and Julie flipped off the switch.
“I’ll watch the video later. The video started when I turned the
vibrator on and stopped when I turned it off. There’s a timeline so I
can record the time to ejaculate. Also, since it has stop-action, I can
measure the exact distance he shot each one of his squirts.
Also I can get the volume of the ejaculate from the cup and I will put
a sample of it into the centrifuge for analysis and we have a special
microscope to do the sperm count for us.”
The principal
turned to the reporter and said, “There’s tons of data here. This whole
process took … what … twenty minutes at the most, we have dozens of
measurements and we have hundreds of boys every week. Multiply this by
all the schools in the YLMA system and you get an idea how extensive
the program is.”
“Well that was certainly an eye opener. I’m
impressed. I wish they had something like this when I was a schoolgirl.
There’s so much here we’ll have a tough time editing it down for
broadcast.
