Interview With a Puericil Hostess

Thank you for agreeing to this interview. As you know, this is part of my research for the new book I'm writing.  Anything you tell me will be confidential and your name will not be used.

Q: You work for the Puericil Company as a hostess at youth health trade fairs. These fairs are informally called Puericil fairs, since the Puericil Company is usually the biggest and most popular exhibitor. How did you get this job, and what made you think about applying for it?

A: Many thanks for your interesting questions. I applied for this job partly for financial reasons and partly because I love to work and interact with other people, especially children, or in this case, young and adolescent boys. It really wasn’t easy to get this job as there were many enrollees I had to compete with. Those hostess jobs at Puericil fairs are highly profitable and therefore very popular.

I think my biggest advantage was my knowledge as a fourth semester medical student. Also, I have been working as a hostess at other trade fairs before, where I received some very good appraisals. But what finally tipped the scales for my successful application was my natural authority, because as a Puericil hostess you not only have to be charming and persuading towards the potential customers, but you also have to gain the needed respect from the boys you are working with. And of course, you shouldn’t hesitate to use the paddle on them, if they deserve it!

Q: Part of your job is presenting to prospective customers the Puericil product line for children and youths. That includes their newest pills, sprays and suppositories, and other products such as youth health guides, rectal thermometers, diapers or their famous “Puericil paddles”. Are you given training by the Puericil Company about their products and the way to present them? What is that training like?

A: Of course, this is not a job you learn by snapping your fingers! Before the company is letting you “on the field” as they say, each new stuff has to attend a Puericil class where an experienced Pediatrist teaches them all about the health therapy and the different kind of applications. Besides, you also have to learn everything about the other Puericil products and their benefits.

Then you have to pass a test to prove your Puericil knowledge. This test is VERY hard and if you don’t pass and receive the needed certificate, you have to try again! No Puericil certificate, no hostess job! Same goes for the sales-test where they simulate a customer talk (including a real live model) and evaluate our selling skills. I was lucky to have passed both tests on first try which took me about three months of intensive studying.

The practical part on the other hand, is much easier. I mean, changing diapers and inserting rectal-thermometers is really no big deal for someone like me!

Q: As props for your presentations you use live models. Those are boys or young men who are on Puericil, and who can be used to demonstrate the different products or as an example of the effects of Puericil pills. How many boys do you usually have and how many hostesses are there to supervise them?

A: We are usually a team of eight Puericil-hostesses who work with a group of 12 live models, sometimes a few more, sometimes a few less. It depends on the event. The bigger the city, the bigger the trade fair and the bigger our stock of boys. Plus, there are always two or three Puericil-officials present, who take care about organizational and legal matters.

Q: I understand that the younger boys you use as live models are hired locally, let's say "volunteered" by their parents or guardians in exchange for free Puericil products. What ages are those younger boys, and is it difficult dealing with them, considering that they are not used to this job?

A: The youngest boys we present are usually 10 years old. And yes, it can sometimes be a bit challenging to deal with the very young ones as they tend to be very scared when we prepare them for the guests or the trainings. There’s often a lot of crying and many of those little boys are calling for their mommies as we strip them naked. That’s when you have to soothe and comfort them by telling them that all will be good and no one is going to harm them (which is of course a little lie as the spanking-trainings are definitively not that harmless!). However, I always have a few lollipops in my bag which I use as a reward if they nicely cooperate. You have no idea what wonders lollipops can do!

With the older boys - I’m talking about live models over 11 - it’s much easier. They have usually been on Puericil for some years which turned them into more obedient and cooperative kids.

Q: The older boys sometimes are hired professionally and travel with you from fair to fair. They are called permanent live models. One of those is a young man called Peter who I got to know through the letters he wrote to the It's Not Fair column. It is through him that I got in contact with you, as the hostess in charge of him. Peter is 19, but still underdeveloped and very emotionally immature. What is it like, dealing with older boys like him, who is not much younger than you?

A: This boy, Peter, is really one of our best live models! We call him our little cash cow as the guests are always impressed by his shy politeness. Whenever we present him to a prospective customer there is a 60 to 70 per cent chance that we can convince her to put her own teen boy on Puericil and sign a therapy contract from which the deal-making hostess is receiving a considerable commission (I’m not allowed to name the exact share here, but you know the number).

Indeed, Peter is only two years younger than me. Some of the oldest boys we are working with are even 21 which is my age. But don’t forget, those are Puericil boys! They are highly underdeveloped and most of them look way younger than they actually are. That also means they are far from being fully grown men!

To me, a boy like Peter, is just like any of the other 12 or 13-year old kids.

Trust me, the difference between me, a strong, confident and independent woman and him, an immature little boy whose “mommy” still has to take care of, is light years! And of course, I let me him feel that each time I’m working with him.

I’d also like to mention that some of the other hostesses are even younger than me. The official minimum age for the job is 18, but I know of one girl who is even only 16. I’ve never worked with her but I heard she’s the niece of a Puericil board member so they apparently made an exception for her. She might be a bit young, however, it’s said that she’s quite talented and already doing a very good job on the field. I’m sure, she has no problem dealing with boys who are significantly older than her. In the end, it’s always a question of personality.

Q: Is it true you keep the boys naked at the trade fairs? All the time? Even the older ones?

A: The official Puericil requirements expect all boys to be naked during the whole event. That is absolutely necessary, because our prospect costumers need to have fully access to all of their body parts. Sure, we could allow them to dress between their customer-dates but that would simply take too much time. And time is money, you know!

So, no matter how old the boys are, no matter if they like it or not - the first thing they have to do is to strip. No shirt, no socks, no underwear, no nonsense. Just plain naked!

If they refuse to get bare, well, then we have to lend them a hand. As I’ve already told you, it’s mostly the very young boys who turn out to be a bit reluctant at first, but it can also be an elder teen boy that needs a bit of “physical encouragement” – so to speak.

By the way, there’s a funny little anecdote about the waiting room where our live models do their little striptease: When the ashamed boys awkwardly step out of their clothes, you can see lots of blushing faces with some of them turning into the deepest red you can imagine. That’s why us hostesses use to call it “the burning room”. But pssst! ;)

Q: Is it true you always carry a paddle to keep order among the boys who are under your supervision? How do you use it? Do you use it often? Are the boys paddled in front of other people or in private? What do you feel like when you paddle one of the boys? Is it any different when you use them on Peter or another of the older boys?

A: Well, that’s many questions. First, it's true, me and the other hostesses always carry a Puericil paddle with us. The company even expects us to do so, because it’s important to have a punishment tool at hand when it’s needed. But it’s not that we generally use it that often, at least in my case. I merely swing the paddle on two or three occasions a day. For example, only yesterday this 17-year-old live model just couldn’t help covering his dinky. That’s an absolute no-go! It’s disrespectful. If a boy misbehaves like this, he embarrasses me in front of the visitor, you know? Something I can’t let happen! Well, I gave him a fair warning. Just a little whisper in his ear, reminding him to “keep your hands away, young man!” But as soon as the giggling young daughter of my customer took notice of his little penis, the silly boy reflexively covered his crotch again. I tell you, that was the last time he did this!

We usually don’t paddle our live models in front of the public visitors, as we don’t want to draw too much attention to it. You know, my job is to present well-behaved and obedient boys and punishing a little rebel would be bad for business.

So, I apologized to my costumer for the unfortunate incident and with the help of one of my colleagues, I took the misbehaving boy to our special “correctional room” where he received his well-deserved punishment.

You want to know what I feel like, when I use the paddle? Well, I don’t have any particular “feelings” when I punish a boy. It’s just part of the job which is necessary to remind him who is in charge.

Generally, the older and bigger the boy, the harder I strike, which I think is only natural. These Puericil paddles we use are very helpful. One side of the wooden paddle is more rigid and painful while the opposite consists of a softer surface and hurts less. So, whenever I have to paddle one the younger boys, I use the softer side and when it’s an older boy, for example Peter, I simply switch to the harder wood.

I know that some hostesses really enjoy paddling the boys. One of my colleagues uses to punish them for even the slightest misdemeanor. I guess she has a little sadistic streak.

But that’s not my style. I want the boys to respect and obey me but not be afraid of me, so I try to avoid the paddle as much as possible. Instead, I prefer to reward them with a lollipop or a candy when they’ve have left a good impression to the customers. It’s better for the team-spirit, you know? After all, that’s what we have to do: working as a team. A team, with me being the leader of course!

But don’t get me wrong. If a boy makes me really angry, I don’t hesitate to play the paddle with the needed determination… and it’s not that I feel sorry for his crying and sobbing afterwards.

Q: Is it true you refer to the boys using their number? Why?

A: That’s just for practical reasons. It’s hard for us to memorize all the boys’ names as the groups are changing on each event. So, we simply give them numbers in order of their ages to prevent any confusion. Of course, they tell their names, when they are presented to the visitors. But in the waiting room it’s much easier to simply refer to them by their numbers, though it may be a bit impersonal.

Q: Most visitors to the fairs are mothers, often accompanied by their daughters. Can you describe how you use the boys to present the Puericil products?

A: We solely use the boys to show our customers the effects of a Puericil therapy. You know, things like change of physique, loss of pubic-hair and involution of their genitals. But even more important are the non-visible changes in terms of attitude and manners. We want to prove them how efficient the medicine works in these fields. That’s why we make sure that each boy is leaving an impeccable impression and acts politely as an angel towards the prospective customers.

But before I present a boy, I first have to know if the visitor is seriously interested in our product and if she’s honestly considering to put her own boy on Puericil – that can be her son, her grandson, her nephew or any other boy who she is legally in charge of. Then I have to know his exact age. In most cases we are talking about rebellious teenagers ranging between 12 and 18. Next, I decide which live model would be the best choice to be presented to her. If he’s available I fetch the chosen boy and order him to position himself right beside me. There, he has to stand still while I’m introducing him to the visitor. Then, I let him greet the guest and ask him to tell her about his successful Puericil therapy. He also has to answer her questions - patiently, politely and obediently. The secret of our successful campaign is to let the boys speak by themselves. To let them show how well behaved they actually are.

If the guest has a daughter in company, the boy has to treat her likewise with appropriate respect and also address her as "Miss" – no matter if it’s a teenage girl or a little child, no matter if it’s a good girl or a rude one. The customers always love it when their daughters are as well impressed by the live model! That’s another key to success.

The live models are also expected to offer refreshments to our guests which helps to create a relaxed atmosphere. And of course, the courted customer is free to examine his body wherever she wants and as long as she needs. Same goes for her company.

Q : How exactly do the typical customers examine the live models and how do the boys react to this deep invasion of their privacy (/ intimacy?)

A: There’s one thing I’ve learned from my experience as a Puericil hostess: each customer is different! Some of them are very straight-forward and go right away for the pecker, holding it up, examining it and checking the testicles underneath. Many of them just squeeze the boy’s hiney whereas some guests prefer to feel his body with the palm of their hand. There’s nothing I haven’t seen. One woman was actually sniffing (!) the boy from head to toe with her nose. Hilarious! But the poor kid. You should have seen him squirming in discomfort and looking at me with pleading eyes. But what could I do? “The customer is king”, you know? So, I tried to act professional and kept a straight face, even when she buried her nose into his crotch like “mmmhh, he smells so sweet and innocent”. She was totally nuts!

Then again, there’s other guests that merely talk to the live model and hesitate to actually touch him. Those women need a bit of encouragement. But as soon as they start to put their hands on the boy, they do it with growing confidence.

I know that the boys don’t like it when they have to be nude all time. They don’t like it when the guests touch them all over, even less when it’s done by their daughters. And not to mention the training sessions! You can see it in their eyes and you can see it on their reddened faces. But these things are part of their job, and that's that. They should be proud of it. Let’s be honest: A little blushing doesn’t do harm but keeps the blood circulating… and it makes the world a bit more colorful. ;)

Q: For the boys who are permanent models and travel with the fair from town to town, how does it work? Does a family member travel with them? Or are you responsible for them all the time?

A: The trade fairs are usually held from Friday to Sunday. Our permanent live models - we also call them "pick boys" - travel by train or by bus to the events. They can be accompanied by a family member but this is rarely the case. Usually, a boy like Peter travels alone. Of course, he has to carry an official travel-permission because otherwise, as you probably may know, Puericil boys are NOT allowed to travel alone. Also, these permissions are valid for only one trip.

Alternatively, the Puericil officials often hire a caretaker who accompanies the pick boy to the events. Those are usually university students who do this as a side job to supplement their income. During vacations, the officials even hire school girls who are much cheaper but not less responsible-minded. When they arrive their destination, a member of the Puericil service team picks the boy up and takes him to the trade fair. Sure, as soon as he passes the gates to the Puericil domain, it's striptease-time!

By the way: The company decides case by case if the live model can be trusted to travel alone. There have been incidents where the pick boy made a run for it and didn't appear at the appointed meeting place. But that really happens very seldom. I know of at least one little runaway whose mother agreed to have him travel totally naked (!) to his next date - an efficient way to prevent him from having stupid ideas!

Also, I am not responsible for the boys. That must have been a little misunderstanding. Sure, I guide them and make sure they behave, but it's the higher-ranked Puericil ladies who are responsible for the stock because it's their property. Well, at least during the events.

Q: You mentioned that "the difference between me, a strong, confident and independent woman and him, an immature little boy whose mommy still has to take care of, is light years! And of course, I let me him feel that each time I’m working with him". In what ways do you let him feel that?

A: Well, for a start, he's expected to call me "Miss" which always reminds him of my superiority. Of course, that's also how he has to address the other staff and the customers, even their young daughters. Then there's these little things, like the way I speak to him, they way I address him as "Petey" instead of "Peter" or the way I ask him casually questions like "Have you been a good boy to your mommy this week, Petey?" or "Did mommy give you some sweets for the journey?"

One way I underline his much lower state of maturity is for example when I let him go the VIP-parking area to get something out of my car. Now, imagine a naked and immature little 19 year old shuffling to my sportscar (my hostess-job is VERY profitable, you recall? *s*). Imagine this boy, who's traveling by bus or train, who isn't allowed to have a driving license, even less a car of his own. Imagine him, secretly admiring the brand-new speedster and knowing that it's MY car. The car of a wealthy and confident lady who's not much older than him, but is leading a total different lifestyle. The life of a real adult. What do you think might get through his mind in these situations? Well, I guess we can both imagine!

Q: I guess with permanent models like Peter you already have then trained, but how do you manage to get the younger boys to give the appropriate responses when the visitors ask them. And how do they react when women and even girls their age examine them naked?

A: Actually, it's much more difficult to get the youngest boys prepared for their little interviews with the visitors and it usually takes more time and patience to instruct them. Many of them are awfully scared and intimidated during their first date with a customer. You often have to support or even encourage them like "Come on boy, tell the lady when your mommy gave you your first Puericil pill" or "What was this bad things you did until mommy found the right medicine for you?". I tell you, that can sometimes be really time consuming! On the other hand, many guests find those shy little boys utterly sweet and don't mind their shyness when it comes to talking.

Of course, our juniors are also more sensitive when it comes to the examination part, not to mention if it's girls their age putting their hands on them. I remember one particular meeting when a very premature nine old daughter was facing a very immature ten year old live model. She was at least six inches taller than him and treated him like he was her baby brother. It really was amazing how she took the lead as her mother was passively watching and smiling all the time. I still have in my sight how the boy was blushing like crazy and stuttering incoherently when she literally interrogated him. I was concerned he may start to cry at any time and that's what he finally did when the girl touched and pinched his little pecker. However, it was worth it because after all, the woman actually sealed a therapy contract for the girl's ten year old step-brother!

Besides, you should know that the majority of customers prefers older teen-boys so the ten or eleven-year old live models are less often requested to be shown up. If a boy is lucky, his service won't even be needed the whole day. But then, he of course has to take part at the training sessions!

Q: You mentioned that some of your fellow hostesses seem to spank the boys for every little thing, while you prefer to use it more sparingly. Have you ever argued with one of the other hostesses because of that?

A: Oh yes, there have been such arguments! Let me tell you why: First of all, excessive punishment is counterproductive. The more you paddle the boys, the more and the longer they cry (in particular, the very young ones I've talked about). But a crying boy isn't good for business because you can't present such a weeping mess to a customer. You'd better keep their tears for the trainings.

Secondly, as I already mentioned, it's much better for the boys' spirit to handle them with a, let's say, less threatening posture. But not all of my colleagues do this. I've even complained about this one particular strict hostess to the Puericil officials. She's making an excessive use of the paddle and is always leaving crying and scared live models in the fire room. I know that she also likes to squeeze their testicles if they don't obey her immediately. That should not be. It's cruel. Unfortunately, my objections fell on deaf ears. As long as she delivers good numbers, the officials leave her free rein. At least, I was able to convince her not to be such strict with those high profitable pick boys, such as Peter.

Q: What can you tell me about the diapering training sessions, the rectal temperature training and the spanking training? Is it difficult for you to manage? How do the boys cope with it? Do you ever feel sorry for them because of the potential embarrassment?

A: The trainings are always the highlight of each trade fair. We carry them out after the life model presentations. I could tell you a lot of stories about these spectacular and highly popular events. However, first comes the preparations. It takes some time to prepare all these fake-pee diapers which are used on our boys. Then we have to put and fasten each live model onto his gurney with one of them being the demonstration model who will be handled and filmed by the teaching hostess.

Most of them are more or less cooperative during their preparation, but sometimes a particular boy can be a bit of struggle to handle. However, in the end, each live model is diapered and dutifully waiting for the first training.

Of course, the diaper sessions always cause a lot of embarrassment on the gurneys even before they actually begin. I mean, it's going to be young girls from the age of 10 who would soon start to change them. Which boy would like that? The rectal temperature trainings are even more embarrassing for them I guess. Some of us hostesses always monitor the session to help the girls. Every time you hear a slight grunting noise, it means that a girl had successfully inserted the thermometer. It always amazes me how skillful they are, even the youngest ones!

Of course, for the boys, the spanking trainings are by far the toughest ones. But they are highly popular for the girls. The number of girls who want register for the spankings is always much bigger than the actual stock of boys. Accordingly, those lucky girls who made it are highly excited and eager to use the paddle.

Do I feel sorry for the boys? Well, on some occasions, when a girl beats too hard I feel sympathy for the poor boy.

They don't deserve such a rough treatment. I can deal with their embarrassment. Somehow, I even find those blushing little faces highly amusing. But unnecessary pain is something I reject. That's why I'm actually not a big fan of the spanking trainings. I know how popular and spectacular they are. But in my opinion, they should spank the boys on the final evening only, because it's so stressful for them.

For example, there was this tall teen girl that did it so bad on Petey. He told you in his latest letter, you remember? You can't imagine how hard that girl paddled him. The poor boy was howling like a wounded animal! So we had to stop her which we normally don't do. But though I felt sorry for him, I must admit, that it was also a bit of a comical sight when Peter was jumping up and down like an insane dancer, afterwards. What made it even funnier to watch was his bouncing little stiffy. I know he didn't write it but the boy had actually an erection. I guess it was due to the mental stress and not because he enjoyed it. That was definitively not the case, I tell you!

However, I'm glad that Peter "survived" it and is doing well.

I hope my answers will be helpful for your research. I feel honored to be a part of your new book and wish you all the best! If you have furthermore questions about my experiences as a Puericil hostess, just contact me. I will be happy to answer them as best as I can.
