Verna smiled “Unlucky Geoff, she heard about it and loves it. Mrs Kline has come to see the pictures and videos we have of all the boys because apparently boys behaviour in school has improved and she thinks it’s down to our taking control”.

Geoff and Andrew were stunned “No way, she can’t be looking at those pictures you can’t let her” shouted Geoff.

They heard a gasp and laughing then Mrs Kline’s voice saying “Oh my look, that’s your boys Geoff and Andrew naked and playing with their willies” followed by more laughter.

“It sounds like it’s too late to stop her” Verna said smiling at the boys.

The girls went off laughing as the boys went miserably into Geoff’s room.

Mrs Kline thanked Iris and Jill, “Well I can’t tell the education department everything but I have an idea that I think they might introduce to other schools in the county, you must be proud of your girls” she said as she was leaving.

Mrs Kline held an emergency staff meeting and explained to the teachers what she had learned, I want any future victim to pick the bullies punishment and I want to introduce this as a punishment as soon as possible, we will send letters to the parents and ask if there are any objections. Is everyone in favour.

All of the female teachers were amazed and agreed straight away some of them asking if they were going to be able to see the pictures and videos. Mrs Kline smiled and replied I shouldn’t think there would be a problem I will arrange a viewing.

The male teachers were a bit hesitant having some feelings for the boys but Mrs Kline convinced them when she said “Think how easy your job of teaching has become recently. No arguing or answering back and your teaching records have improved, surely you can see the benefits of accepting this punishment method.

All of the male teachers realised Mrs Kline was right, they had been able to relax more in the classroom so they agreed with introducing the punishment.

I will be telling the education department and the other school heads we have already started this.

The following day there was a meeting between the education department and several school heads where they were going to hear what Mrs Kline had introduced to get the extraordinary improvements in her school record. She stood and made her announcement with a little twist in the story to hide the real series of events.

“At our school we had so much bullying and tormenting going on which sometimes carried on into the classroom. The teachers tried to control the class as best as possible but they couldn’t get complete control.

The bullying was mainly boys to girls especially those girls who were maturing into young ladies and were really self conscious about the changes.

We decided to put our foot down and introduced a punishment for any bullying or tormenting, the punishment would be decided by the victims. The first punishment was for two bullies who groped two young girls breasts. Once we had evidence that the girls were telling the truth the two bullies were called into my office along with the girls they had bullied.

The girls were asked what punishment they wanted the boys to receive and they said they wanted the boys to be embarrassed so could they be told to get naked.

The boys both shouted “No chance” but because I expected some resilience I had arranged to have two male teachers outside my office and I called them in.

I ordered the boys to strip saying further refusal would mean having to be naked in front of the whole school. The boys looked worried about that and quickly stripped. The girls were allowed to touch the boys and then they told the boys to jerk their willies.

Pictures were taken but not of the boys private area, they were used to show the rest of the school that this punishment was really going to happen. From then on the threat of this punishment has changed the boys attitude and we have virtually no bullying and full concentration in the classroom.

There were gasps and murmurs in the room, one headmistress asked “How many times have you had to carry out these punishments Mrs Kline”.

Mrs Kline looked at her and replied “Just the once, we introduced the punishment nobody believed we would carry it out. The incident happened and the girls could prove what the boys had done to them and we carried out the punishment. As I explained pictures were taken where you could see the boys were naked but their pubic areas were not showing. The pictures were used in the school to show everyone the punishment was real and would happen again if anyone bullied or tormented other pupils.

“Well, that sounds so simple but I can see why it works” said another headmistress, “I will be seeing my staff tomorrow and I’m sure they will agree to introduce this in our school”. Other heads agreed to try and agreed it wouldn’t take many punishments to bring their pupils into line.

Verna had an idea for their entertainment the coming weekend, “I want to get a final revenge for Rachel and her friends listen to what I’m thinking and say if you agree. We get Cliff, Mike and John to agree being tied up again saying we have a couple more mums we want them to please. To prevent anything wrong happening we will be staying close by and will come and untie the boys”.

“We then let Rachel and her friends do what they want with them” she finished saying.

Susan looked shocked “How can we get away with that” she replied “We promised the boys we wouldn’t betray them again, even with the pictures we have of them they wouldn’t forgive us and maybe even make our lives he’ll.

“Don’t forget, we now have the headmistress and teachers on our side, the new punishment about victims picking their bullies punishment is in and I’m sure the boys wouldn’t want to be seen naked in front of their teachers at school so I think we will be safe” Verna answered.

Susan still wasn’t convinced, she wanted to help Rachel and her friends but what Verna was suggesting sounded dangerous to her. She tentatively agreed but asked Verna to think a bit more about the plan.

Verna decided to find out more about Cliff, Mike and John, did they have brothers and sisters, who else had they bullied amongst other things. She found out that all three had sisters, Carrie was Cliff’s 19 year old sister, Maria was Mike’s twin sister and Julie was John’s younger 11 year old sister.

She spoke with the three boys about being tied up again as more mums had heard about what Irene and Jill had done with them and wanted to try it. All three were reluctant remembering the first time they agreed to be tied up, they enjoyed some of the experience that evening with Irene and Jill but they had been tricked by Rachel who firstly took advantage by sitting on their faces but also attaching the cable ties to their balls and having them tightened every time they came that evening. To finish off she had bought two girls that Cliff, Mike and John had bullied. She encouraged these girls to sit on their faces and all three girls ended by pissing on the three boys.

Verna said “I will be close by this time with Susan and we will be making sure nobody gets into the area who shouldn’t be there”.

The boys said they would think about it and let Verna know later. Verna was confident the boys would agree so started to make plans for the weekend.

She and Susan found out what class Julie was in and found her, Julie didn’t get on with John and teased her a lot at home. Verna asked her if she would like to get some revenge she should meet in the woods at the clearing on Saturday at about 11 o’clock, if she wanted she could bring some friends but not too many as there won’t be much time. “But don’t say anything to your friends until Saturday, we don’t want too many people speaking about it otherwise your brother might hear something” Susan finished saying.

Julie went off with a smile on her face after thanking the girls.

Marie wasn’t easy to track down as she went to a different school, eventually they tracked her down and asked how she got on with her twin brother. Marie was a bit dubious “Why are two young girls asking about my brother” she asked them. Verna explained about John being involved in bullying and there was a chance of some people getting revenge and they thought his sister might want to be involved.

Marie smiled “Me and my brother are very competitive always trying to get the better of each other, he is winning at the moment as he caught me in my bra and panties the other day, it was so embarrassing. From what you are saying I might get to see him naked, is that right “ she asked.

“That’s right” Verna answered “But we need you to keep quiet about it, bring some friends if you want but Mike mustn’t get to hear about it otherwise we won’t be able to get him there”.

“He won’t hear anything from me” said Marie

“Ok, if you get to the clearing by 12 o’clock, don’t bring too many friends because there won’t be much time” said Verna. “See you Saturday. Before you go do you know Cliff’s sister Carrie”.

“Yes, answered Marie “She works in the hairdressers on the high street, why, is Cliff involved too”.

“All three, Cliff, Mike and John are all involved and you will see them all on Saturday but please keep it quiet” Verna answered.

“This will be so good, how did you girls manage to arrange this” Marie asked.

“It’s a long story” said Susan “We have to go, see you Saturday.

Verna and Susan waited for the hairdressers to close and approached the youngest female to leave the shop, it was Carrie. After explaining who they were and what they were arranging Carrie burst out laughing “Oh my god two little girls have got the better of my brother the bully, yes I definitely want to see this. When and where” she asked. ”1 o’clock at the clearing in the woods” said Verna “You can bring a friend or two but you must keep it quiet we don’t want the boys to know anything funny is happening”.

“I’ll definitely bring a friend along, someone who Cliff has fancied but she just leads him on. I will see if my mum is free as well, she will love to see this”.

Verna and Susan made their way to see Rachel, they told her what they had arranged and asked Rachel if she could persuade her triplet friends to come along at 2 o’clock and do what they want to get revenge on the bullies.

Rachel was surprised “You did this for me and my friends, I can’t believe it. I’m not sure if the boys will want to come but I know Donna will definitely come” she said.

Cliff, Mike and John saw Verna and Susan agreeing to come along on Saturday but only if the girls stayed as they said they would and only the invited people were around. If anyone else showed up the girls would quickly untie the boys so they could defend themselves.

Verna smiled “You’ve got our word, only invited people will be allowed in the area or we will untie you” she said.

Cliff asked “Are you going to tell us who the women are and do we have to be blindfolded this time”.

“We can’t tell you who they are and there will be blindfolds available in case they are needed” Verna answered.

The day was set, this was going to be fantastic, Verna and Susan walked home on a high, they felt bad lying to Cliff, Mike and John but after all the years of bullying some of their victims were going to get their revenge.

Verna last at Susan, “I’m so looking forward to Saturday” she said. “Me too” Susan answered.
